We stayed one week and the hotel and staff were brilliant! Special thanks to Slavin and Teresa ( animatours ) ! Soo beautiful warm and friendly people! Hotel well located, clean and offers nice food . We had a great time and we recommend to everyone who needs a perfect place to relax! Would definitely go back there! Joanna

We are a Romanian couple, we had a vacation between September 4-10, 2022 Overall the hotel is ok. The rooms are neither new or old. The pool is very small and there are never seats, too many rooms and tourists for such a small pool. The food was ok. What bothered me was the quality of the internet. I needed to go online every day from 8 o'clock and the internet in the hotel worked after 9 o'clock or even 10 o'clock. I had to use mobile data to enter the online conferences I had every morning. I can't say much about the staff, because I didn't have much contact, I only spoke at check in and out. Overall it was ok for the price paid.

We had an amazing long weekend, the food was amazing with lots of choices. The beaches are a short walk away, the water is so clear and warm. The goats on the mountains made us laugh during the day and then they ran past us in the evening! We went for a girls weekend to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday and was surprised with a bottle of fizz in our mini fridge and champagne glasses x The day time entertainment was also great , everyone around the pool sang happy birthday We would definitely go back!

This is a first for me, I rarely give reviews and if I do they’re positive, designed to help people make decision and a vote of thanks. If we’ve been unhappy I vote with my feet - I understand that personal views can damage a business and that’s not the intent here. The intent is to give more information behind the marketing, which to be fair is very good, and maybe give this place a helping hand; it certainly has the potential. What’s also unusual is we are here and it’s only day 1!! We are bitterly disappointed with this place. It’s in a beautiful spot on the island, it’s clean and one of the comfiest beds I’ve slept in but it’s almost like they’ve given up. The hotel itself is bizarrely laid out because it’s on a steep incline which is unavoidable. The sun terrace is akin to a car park including rusty walls but it looks over the sea with great views. It’s stark to say the least. There is access to the sea both sides but a little treacherous and you need something on your feet. Sun beds are packed in like sardines. Access to the only ‘restaurant’ can be found here. It’s not great to say the least so even though we are inclusive we’ll probably have a few dinners out over the week. There is a vast roof terrace - it could be amazing but there’s nothing but a few uncomfortable chairs. The pool area, on the 1st floor, is ok. Nice and quiet but reminds me of a prison yard but it’s clean and the pool is nice. Plenty of comfortable sun beds, packed in very closely of course, that are available once they’ve dried out from a blast with a hosepipe. There is a pool bar but it’s closed replaced by a help-yourself soft drinks machine. If you fancy a beer you have to walk all the way down to the terrace. We’re ‘all inclusive’ and I get that that means local brands behind the bar, if they were in stock of course, but I wasn’t expecting to pay for pool towels! Thin and worn, if you want clean ones through the week, which I expect most do, you have to pay along with a key to your safe if you want to use it. As well as all inclusive I paid for a ‘luxury room’. It’s amazing how the idea of luxury changes throughout the world but these guys have missed the boat completely. The labelled luxury accommodation is in a different block, away from the main hotel over from the stoney beach. If you are elderly you will struggle getting your luggage there as there is no offer of help from the tired and disillusioned staff. Once you get your bags over the very crazy paving you are greeted with concrete block. It’s tired and rundown. Our room on the ground floor is small. It’s clean but the shower toilet area is so compact it’s like being in a camper van. The patio doors are difficult to open but when we do manage that our balcony in on the thoroughfare back to the hotel so no sense of privacy - hardly luxury and a total waste of the extra money. Hotel is on quiet , but very nice place. Near the hotel downstairs 3 small beaches with nice sea. The scenery with rocks around of the hotel is very nice. Hotel is modernized, very clean, everyday new towels. The kitchen and food very good and various. Some days were international foods (italian, spanisch, and local specialities). The staff very polite and helpful, all inclusive with beverages was OK, night program in bar good, too. The pool everyday cleaned , with free deck chairs, bar with alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Street in night quiet and silent. Near the hotel is bus station with direct connection to Pollenca in very good price. I can recommend this hotel and location, In future I will return back again.

Reception staff Toni Juan and the other girls always Friendly and very very helpful Dining room run perfectly by Loly and her team good selection of food always treated as one of the Family Entertainment Slavin was excellent made our holiday please be there next year All the Bar staff were excellent Mamado Dani Migal to name a few We were greeted by Patrick the Manager as a long lost friend which was a very nice touch if you want a lovely quiet holiday in a perfect hotel please use the Simar we will be back for our Tenth visit next year. I would love to thank all the stuff working in the hotel, because we had a wonderful holiday. The food was very good, we appreciated lots of vegetables and fruit, the stuff was always smiling and helpfful and it was clean everywhere. All was perfect. Beaches are just beautiful, there are quite a lot of steps to get there, but it is worth it. We had a family room, being a family of two adults and two children, and it was a big room, with a beautiful wiev to the sea, comfortable beds, huge bathroom, very clean and with a big balcony. Thanks for a perfect stay 💗

Our room had beautiful mountain wiev, it was clean, just bathroom could be a bit bigger (two people could not side step). Pool at the hotel is not the biggest one but ok. Food was a bit repetetive and too much fried things but almost every dinner there was something extra - untraditional wich was good (sushi, chocolate fondan, tacos...). Location of the hotel is beautiful, just beaches are too crowded for that amount of people during season. All the staf of the hotel is helpful, kind and polite. When we arrived, we had small issue with bed in our room (was wobbling). When we said it at the reception, they sent maintenance and in 10min everithing was reapaired and ready. A specially we would like to mention two emploies of the restaurant (waiters) for theyr super profesional and kind attitude. The tall guy (black hair and short face hair). Simple he saying "ola" and "did you finish?" literally made our day every time. And also the guy with face mask. Eaven he was wearing a mask you could see he is smileing all the time. Both of them made our time spended in the restaurant better.

I had very nice stay in Globales Simar Hotel. The room was clean and fresh with beautiful view from balcony. I had everything I need there. I recommend this hotel which is made for relax. The hotel is situated in close proximity three beaches.

Everything was fantastic. Clean, tasty, incredible views. Nearby there are shops, cafes and a bus stop from which you can get to the city! The price, comfort and quality in a good combination! Three very beautiful beaches nearby and a promenade by the sea with a viewpoint! The place is incredible!

Had a brilliant time staff was so helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. All areas was kept clean pòol area was mopped daily we seen the domestic staff cleaning to pool areas in the morning and mopping around the pool. The rooms was very clean. The dining room wad very clean. The food was nice a little basic but nice. The staff was so friendly especially the entertainment staff and the bar staff all the the staff in the restaurant.they make it so easy for you.in a foreign country. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and well-maintained rooms, nice and quiet (especially at night) location, sandy beaches, accessible transport (rent-a-car, bus). Great cuisine with friendly staff. All inclusive services available all day.

Room clean, location on a nice place, 3 small beaches, warm sea, quiet playa, near hotel rent-a-car, good bus connection to Pollenca and Palma, not noisy streets in the night, all inclusive service all day long

I definitely recommend this place and this hotel. Looking at the 3 stars, we were afraid of this stay and it turned out that it was unnecessarily. First of all, it was very clean, the food is a plus - varied and, above all, tasty. However, the most beautiful place is - the main beach and two smaller beaches. I definitely recommend !!!
