La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Galveston West Seawall Reviews

So clean and so perfect! The breakfast in the morning is so fresh and so t get me started on those fluffy eggs! They even have a cute small pool and hot tub that bubbles up at night for the late swimmers and kids. The beds are fresh and so is the towels. Everything is clean. This hotel is more like a 5 star hotel not 4.

The property was close to the convention center, also the breakfast was good. The coffee not so good.

In a great area, parking is super convenient, room was very clean and spacious, very easy check in and staff was great.

Staff are extremely unfriendly and the electronics need updating. Out of date amenities and staff are not helpful at the front desk. Called a different location and lady agreed with my assumptions. It was a place to sleep!

Room would not cool down, we had no remote, asked for extra pillows and blankets due to the blankets being sheets and the guy said why do u need more pillows and then didnt give me any. Said my room isnt allowed any. The extra blankets where super rough and ripped.

We were over charged, night manager took off some of over charge. Receipt showed refund. But did not refund to C/C. Also did not tell us that if you stay Second night, they do not make up room of place fresh towel’s in room. Would never recommend that hotel.

I will be back soon I like this place one thing you need a sign up on the corner to help folks find it better because it’s right after the intersection and so folks may miss and have to make a u turn to get to it that’s all

The beds are very soft. The lobby was very clean and the staff was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful

Hotel was clean but the beds and pillows could use some replacing. The toilet hit the wall every time you got off of it, which isn't great in the middle of the night. Parking lot doesn't seem to have enough parking for all the guest, especially if you leave and come back late.

I have absolutely nothing negative or bad to say about this hotel, the rooms were clean, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was really good. I’d definitely stay again.

When you work in the hospitality industry you should really be more hospitable. Staff at this hotel were not welcoming and not helpful. Grouchy and didn’t want to be there. Not a good way to end a long travel day!

Check in was fast and efficient. We had to switch rooms because the 1st rooms door wouldn’t close and lock without slamming it. Hotel is in good shape, close to the beach and plenty of stores and restaurants in driving distance.

The man running the front desk, was very very rude to the customers in front of us. In fact, he told them to get out of the hotel, and he was canceling their room. When it was my turn, he had an attitude, and was being very rude with me, for no reason he even threatened to cancel our room Then, when we came back from dinner, and re-entered the hotel, he followed me, saying things and being rude His conduct as an employee was horrifying, and I am reporting him and hoping that they have cameras to show how this man acts towards customers I will never ever stay here again

Was difficult to find the address in the dark but once here, was very nice. Breakfast was good.
