Older hotel, very charming. It is also very close to the main train station, about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast is average. Far from the commercial street.

Has history to the building but enjoyed the ambience and staff was responsive to any requests. Would absolutely stay there again on my next visit.

Fantastic hotel. Very close to the train station, so no need to drag your bags for miles and just a few minutes walk to the town center, shops and restaurants. Super clean and comfortable.

Comfortable room and hotel, friendly and helpful staff and owners. Very close to the bus and train stations. I ended up extending my stay to visit more sights nearby.

My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and booked 2 different styles of rooms for our stay. They were both very spacious and accommodated all of our needs for ski gear, comfy sleeping arrangements, were well appointed, and decorated nicely. The staff including the owners Michael and Marianne were very hospitable and would hang out when things were slow. The Breakfast buffet had a variety of traditional German eats and was more than adequate. The cozy bar area was our favorite hangout after returning from skiing the Garmisch Classic slopes all day. You are a 2.3km drive from the Hausberg parking lot so the location is very convenient for winter skiing. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place with history and style.

Beautiful and historic hotel within walking distance to train station, restaurants and shopping. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic views from room. Very clean, neat, and well organized. Terrific pool, sauna and fitness center. Very modern.

We booked Reindl's Partenkichner Hof as we have visited the Garmisch Partenkirchen area manny times before when we were stationed in Germany during our military careers. This was our first stay at Reindl's and it will not be our last. We were very pleased with the accommodations, the location and most of all the Customer Service. The owners are very attentive to the needs of the lodgers, and it shows as the staff is just as helpful. The breakfast is traditional German and my wife and I enjoyed that a lot. Good food! We are planning a trip back within a year or two and we plan on staying here, it feels like home. One thing thought, parking is available in the covered garage, but if you have a van it takes some geometry to park it. Regular size vehicles, not problem. Looking forward to another visit. The hotel was located in a nice area close to both Garmisch and Partenkirchen walking areas. The bahnhof was also very close. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very nice in an excellent location with a great breakfast. Getting around the hotel is a maze but easily figured out.

Both the hotel and the staff working in it gave the impression of being ******* to be honest. Lack of sparkle, lack of life. Room was nice and breakfast was sufficient.

Michael was a first class, seasoned hotelier who was helpful to my wife and I in several ways and was very instrumental in a very nice stop.

Old style hotel with big and clean rooms. Feels good to be there. Breakfast, buffet style, is versatile and delicious.

I stayed here with my son for a weekend of skiing. Location was good for us although a little bit of a walk to eating locations (maybe 10 minutes walk in either direction). There is a ski bus to Garmisch nearby but we just opted to drive (parking at Garmisch was 5EUR and it saved us probably 15 minutes there and 30 minutes back). Zugspitze was about a 15 minute drive and much better snow conditions My son enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and sauna (I preferred the hot tub). Breakfast was typical German continental style; would have been nice to have flax seed or similar to add to the yogurt. Would stay again.
