The hotel and the concept is brilliant. They offer everything for children, programs, playroom, nice food. The staff is very friendly. The room is clean and big. You have beverages for free. The sauna area is also nice. The only worst thing is that you can’t have coffee before 7:30, and when your child is awake at 6:30 you can’t take one. :))

Amazing hotel, also just to drop in. Very family friendly! Rich in facilities, nice bar, restaurant, Pool, and playing areas. Situated in the beautiful valley of reith, quite and serene next to the amazing hotspot Kitzbühel. For every season in the year!

I booked two nights in Lisi and my two daughters (1 and 4) loved it. The older one said it's the best hotel she's ever been to :) The rooms are exceptionally clean and the offer for families is great. Kids have a huge playfield in a separate hall, a skating rink, a pool, and the hotel is packed with toys and fun stuff. The sauna is quite big, sparkling clean, and there is also a fitness. We have an electric car so a charger was a big plus and really made our trip a lot easier, not having to look for a charger (although there is a tesla supercharger in Kitz). Last but not least - the staff is super friendly. There are only two things that could be improved: the water in the pool is too cold, especially for kids and there are no healthy food options for the little ones at lunch and dinner (mostly fries, pasta and wienner schnitzel).

We were at the Lisi in January with two small children (2 & 5)! I have to say I was a bit skeptical because the price was very good in the season after the Hahnenkamm. But I was completely convinced of the opposite! -You can pre-order fall protection, diaper bins, etc.! -Staff from reception to the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating! In the restaurant the plates were just empty and were cleared away immediately! Everyone was very attentive. -Drinks dispenser with water and soft drinks 24 hours a day! -A play area in the lobby, a playroom -The food was very good and there was everything you needed. We liked the buffet best in the morning and evening. With all-inclusive there was enough choice of drinks and ice cream etc. for children! -Extra children's buffet at mini height - children's program very cute! Big thanks to TONi, you do an excellent job! Seldom seen something so great, the mini disco was the highlight with you! -Huge indoor playground, children didn't want to leave. -Rooms, some a little older, some renovated - but all very large and we had a junior suite with a beautiful view of the street/mountains - not loud at all! Thank you Judith for showing us other rooms, I'd be happy to send you more guests... -Skiing options all in the area, Reith ski school works with the hotel! -Parking directly in front of the house - When we left we were given water and something small for the children, rarely have I experienced such thoughtfulness! Absolutely recommended!!!! My tip as a travel advisor at TUi: put more pictures on your site and ours! (more room photos, photos of the playroom, pool) The few photos don't do the hotel justice! Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we were there a little early. We were then told exactly where everything was. To pass the time, we went to the super cool Lisi World! It really is an absolute highlight! The programs for the children are very varied. We really enjoyed the morning program in Lisi World because there wasn't much going on then. I'm a teacher myself and I have to say that the creative programs are implemented very well in educational terms (Lisa & Theresa). In the evening, there is more of an action-packed program, which is also great fun at Luna & Toni's house! The kids' team is really great, super friendly and open. The rest of the staff at reception and in the restaurant are very attentive and friendly too. The food was very varied and we liked it a lot. We would definitely come back!

Particularly friendly, natural and family atmosphere. All the staff are very attentive to the guests in a very refined way. The breakfast buffet is excellent, many lactose and gluten-free products available. (We only booked breakfast) The only thing we didn't understand was the allocation of tables for breakfast. Lots of different options for the children. We were there with our 10-year-old son and I could imagine coming back here in the summer. The area is beautiful. Our every wish was fulfilled and we got more than we expected. That made us really happy!

For adults, the spa and swimming pools are beautiful, the possibility to switch off your brain and just think about enjoying time with your children. The cuisine is refined, never banal, with new but curious combinations to try. Upon departure, the reception had prepared a kit with water, sweets, fruit juice, crayons, coloring book, apple cider vinegar... The attention to the customer is truly extraordinary. Very nice hotel with great offers for children! Daily changing children's program with many different activities for teenagers too! The whole childcare team is very friendly and always has a smile on their face. We have never experienced Lisi World like this in any other family hotel. Even adults have fun there. The housekeeping is super fast and does a great job. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. At times we would have liked a bit more choice at the evening buffet but otherwise it was perfect! Since we wanted to book again for the summer, we asked the childcare team what activities they offer for children and immediately agreed to come back.
