Glen Rose Inn and Suites Reviews

Had my reservation confirmation with me when I got to Glen Rose Inn & suites. They said I canceled my reservation. I didn't get my room. I have no proof I had canceled. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. They won't give me my money back for THEIR MESS UP....🤬 BEWARE OF THIS PLACE, THEY SCREW PEOPLE OVER.

There wasno coffee or cups in the room. Then later after being out for an event, drty towels were in floor from previous person. Had to.ask for clean towels and there was no tv remote. Person at front desk was filling in for owner, tried to help but he was kinda lost. Helpful but lost as to what to do.

The bathroom wasn't all that clean and also there was no cable and I wasn't told about this till after I had already paid for everything so had 2 kids that were very unhappy and bored when we got back to the hotel

We had to pay cash, because they couldn’t take a credit card. He DID give us $20 off. Apparently he just bought property and prior owners disconnected cable/internet so he couldn’t run cards. Rooms are OLD and very sad. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Just very sad shape

The motel had no record of my reservation from *******. There are no empty rooms in the entire town at any hotel. Due to the staff they found a room for me ..just luck.

When we're got there after 3pm (check in) they told us to wait thirty minutes so they could clean the room. We came back over an hour later and had to ask them to clean the room so we could use it. We sat in our car for another 45 minutes while they cleaned the room. The pool was disgusting and stinks. It was green and probably had frogs and tadpoles living in it.

The boxsprings were showing and they were very worn out. They were stains on the carpet. The lid on the toilet seat was peeling as was the sink where pieces of paint were coming off. There were holes on the wall that were never plugged. No trashcan available. No remote and I found a bug which we are praying was not a bedbug.

This place has so much potential. Unfortunately, it had some small issues that could have been addressed before we arrived. The hot water faucet was missing in the shower. A quick fix from maintenance was accomplished our first night with a complete fix for the next day. However, the next day came and went without the fix. We did not even get our room cleaned until we checked out.

I arrived and was told they sold my room because I did not prepay BUT I was not required to prepay just put up my credit card just in case I did not show. The person checking in in front of me could not even get a working key card room and the other person could not even get a card because they were out of room key cards. I guess the Lord was protecting me from staying at this place. I did get a room at a B&B that was AMAZING

Pool was great ! Need some shade as I have Lupus and sun makes me sick . Girls had a blast in the clean pool !

Very old no frills hotel but it served it's purpose could not find my reservation but the manager on duty took care of me!

The shower faucet did not work. There bugs all in the bathtub. The small closet was not finished out, could the sheetrock with no texture or paint. Overall, it just did not feel clean.

It was very convenient to dining and shopping, but even for the price it needs some help. Our room was very haggard looking, with a pest problem. We did alert front desk at check out, hopefully it is fixed to match pictures online soon.

No hot water , refer and microwave not working in first room they gave us , then 2nd room , no hot water. But they did refund me my money back to my credit card .
