I was walked in once by the the desk clerk who thought the room was empty.
I had an attempted entry at midnight by a family with a crying baby that ended up next door.
The room could have used a coat of paint on many walls. The desk chair was broken.
The toilet could not flush the smallest of items.
The bed felt like a sheet over a box of springs.

Not the best area, but was decent inside for the price. Free breakfast wasn’t healthy but still nice to have that option.

Well I told the lady at check in that I already paid she still wanted my card and I ended up getting charged twice for the room and of course when they refund it out takes a few days to get back in my account I get that but it inconveniences me then the TV was broken when I asked that we get a working TV she said they didn't have any more and they barely spoke English so it was just a bad experience

Called front desk: tv and fridge both not working they said they will call manager. Called them back 2nd time and they said they will send someone in 10 minutes. They never came. Bad customer service. They never called to check or inform us that they were not coming. We waited 40 minutes. Bad service.
