Lovely hotel in a nice quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and at the bar. Safe dedicated storage room for bicycles. Welcome drink on arrow as a nice touch. The pool is a nice bonus

Clean and cozy room with all the comforts a traveller may need. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. I recommend this facility to all travellers spending their holidays in Grado. Special thanks for the locked store room for our bikes.

Great package for families and friendly staff. GREAT breakfast in a nearby hotel - exceeded our expectations. We had 2 rooms that were connected - ideal for a family with kids. The rooms were quite small but ok for a short stay. Close to the family beach and not too far away from the center.

We had a super stay for 3 nights. The staff gave us full attention and helped with everything from restaurant suggestions to finding out train connections to Venice. A very good breakfast was served in a sister hotel close to the hotel. We did not use the pool but took half a day on the nice roof terrace. If we go back to Grado will will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a pleasantly quiet area, there is a large roof terrace with a view of the lagoon and a swimming pool in front of the building. Breakfast is served in the Hotel Touring a few steps away. Large selection, very friendly, personable staff in both hotels, easy parking. We would gladly return anytime.

I was there in August 2023 and I liked it a lot. The room was functionally furnished. The breakfast in the partner hotel exceeded my expectations. The entire team was extremely friendly. The pool wasn't huge, but wonderfully refreshing, I really enjoyed the water. The hotel is a bit out of the way, but you can easily get to the center on foot. The only drawback: my refrigerator didn't work, which I reported several times to reception. Unfortunately, nothing happened.

Excellent value for money. Excellent staff. Exquisite welcome. Recommended for both couples and families. They also have a good bicycle department which definitely makes the stay more pleasant.

Se capitate a Grado in questo albergo si sta bene. Un buon rapporto qualità -prezzo. Cortesia e pulizia a 5 min dal mare e molto bella la camera chiusa per le biciclette , con attrezzatura per poter anche fare riparazioni. Per mangiare mi sposterei più verso il centro , molto più caratteristico . Consigliato

Ci siamo trovati bene, il personale è stato molto gentile, gli arredi sono un po' basici, ma alla fine è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, la piscina è proprio piccola ma lo spazio solarium sul tetto con idromassaggio cariño. Peccato la colazione da fare in un hotel diverso anche se solo a 30mt

Hotel Villa d'Este - wir haben direkt im Hotel zwei Wochen gebucht. Die Einzelzimmer waren klein mit Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und Bad mit Toilette, ohne Balkon ausgestattet. Das Zimmer wurde, falls es gewünscht war, jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Hotelangestellten waren immer nett und hilfsbereit. Wifi war kostenlos. Auf dem Dach Liegenstühle mit Jacuzzi. Willkommensgetränk haben wir im Hotelrestaurant genossen. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein Schwimmbad. Zum Strand war es ca. 7 Fußminuten. Zum Stadtzentrum 30 Fußminuten, zum Supermarkt 1 Fußminute. Der überwachte Parkplatz hat 7€ pro Nacht gekostet. Wir waren maximal zufrieden. Supermercato Despar Grad Kennedy - relativ großer Supermarkt. Wir haben mehrmals hier eingekauft. Das Beste hier war die warme Theke. Der Fisch, Huhn und auch Rippchen waren lecker. Der Parkplatz in der Nähe war kostenlos, aber meistens besetzt.

Zimmer einfach aber komplett, schon in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad hat schon bessere Tage gesehen und ist extrem Eng! Viel Silikon und lockere Armaturen, aber in Ordnung. Klimaanlage ist deutlich zu hören und funktioniert noch. Hundestrand nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt!Hundefreundliches Hôtel! Zum Zentrum von Grado ca 5-8min zu Fuß, zum Strand ca 2-3 min.

Personale davvero accogliente e gentile , struttura ben attrezzata con piscina e solarium. Possibilità di noleggiare biciclette. Buona posizione , defilata rispetto al centro , più riservata rispetto gli hotel sul corso , ma abbastanza vicina per raggiungere il centro di Grado in pochi minuti. Consigliato.

Albergo e personale con pochissima professionalità. Mi hanno addebitato il pernottamento in pieno.... Avendo spiegato il motivo del nostro problema!! In tutto il percorso ho notato da tutto il personale reception una scarsa voglia di ascoltare e tantissima furbizia, posto da cxl anche nei miei pensieri lo sconsiglio!!!! Fatevi un corso di risorse umane....

Klein aber fein und sehr zuvorkommend! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb mit Parkmöglichkeiten jedoch nahe dem Meer! Aber gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen! In der Nähe Einkaufsmglkt Frühstück im Nachbarhotel war sehr gut! Räder zum Ausleihen! Kleiner feiner Pool
