乾淨衞生，服務周到

Staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, the kids enjoyed the pool. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in the Dallas area.

We called for the transportation. The guy was extremely rude and end up hanging up on me. When I got to the hotel, He was very agitated and rude and when I went to get water he was very rude to another couple checking in. Then in the morning we went to get on our reserved transportation back to the airport and the driver had called in, but we weren't notified until 5:00 a.m. when we were supposed to leave, there was 15 of us waiting to get on the bus. We all had to pay for our own lifts and we weren't even notified until it was time for the driver to leave with us

The person at the front desk was extremely nice an helpful. Also the person working in the breakfast department was very helpful. So we were taken care of in a friendly manner.

Really great that they have showers for after you’ve checked out but still have ski day before travel

Everything was fine other than the up lights outside shining directly into my room. Even the blackout shade did not help.

The property was fine. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. What I can't get past is ....what I believe I booked (a king suite with a door separating the bedroom and the living area) is not what I got. I booked through ******* and called the hotel itself to be sure what I booked was what I wanted. Even after checking to be sure I booked what I wanted when we checked in we got a king suite all in one room. NOT WHAT I WANTED. They could not change us to what we thought we booked as they were sold out. I COULD NOT GET PAST BEING PUT IN A ROOM I DID NOT WANT AND AS A RESULT REMAINED ANGRY FOR THE INTIRE WEEKEND. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Traveling with family. Hotel was very handy to DFW Airport and staff members were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great Experience!

Not what I expected and will not stay there again. Bed was not comfortable at all.

My room smelled like mildew. It was obvious that it either flooded or floods repeatedly. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom door did not open and close properly due to warped door or floor. Very nice staff but they were sold out and could not proved another room or offer any discount - just took my money and gave me a stinky room. I felt wronged because there is no way they did not know about the problem.

The beds and bathroom were clean. The sink was broken, side table broken, and the air didn’t work the last two days. BUT we were overall happy because of how clean everything was in our room!

This place was super spacious, I love this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was good. My son loved staying here.

It was nice on the inside and out. Answered, all my questions. Only thing, i didn't like was the gym not being 24 hours.
