Very convenient location location is very good!

This is one of 3 Hotel selected by our Friend. Honestly. This was the most cost effective, our stay in Gstaad was for several days only It is true to name it’s sake, it truly is “A place in heaven” We were picked up ( free of charge) at the train station ( public transportation is so convenient, reasonably price, easy to maneuver, and you can’t beat the VIEWS )by Tim Matti( one of the owners) Short ride to Hotel. The Hotel is impeccable, very friendly accommodating staff, there’s a restaurant on premises( they provide room service). Menu is varied, typical of European fanfare, we loved the variety of crepes, Pizza delicious ( blia, all local fresh ingredients) Our room had two closets, a very small keyed safe. Queen size Comfy bed, shower( no tub),blow dryer. There’s a pool, a spa( reservations are required) They provide Bikes, there’s a play ground for children It is very convenient to everything Gstaad has to offer

What an excellent 2 night stay. Wish it were longer though. The grounds, staff and food were all excellent. Everyone from top to bottom was helpful and friendly. We were fetched at the train station and brought back to this beautiful facility. It’s just a short walk from the promenade in Gstaad but far enough away that you feel you’re in a small village of your own. Highly recommend.

They amaze you in every way. All of them smile with warm heart and you don't feel like going back. Location is perfect with serene river flowing at a walking distance. Rooms are spacious and neat, clean & well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The Food at "Pizzeria" is delicious. It is 30 mins from Glacier 3000 and bus stop is 5 mins away. They provide free transfer both ways. What more we can ask for? Definitely will be going back again! Other Swiss hotels should learn from you.

Amazing hotel and staff, truly 5 star all the way. We have stayed at some renowned 5 star hotels around the world and must say, this is one of the best. We had the 1 bedroom apartment. Amazing decor, furniture and beds. Cleanliness 5 star. What made our experience 5 star is because of the staff. From transportation from and to the train station, during breakfast, and specially the front desk. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great welcome in a warm welcoming hotel an easy walk from the town centre. Lots of parking , extremely well appointed and very comfortable . A perfect place to stop as we toured the Alps. Bathroom and bedroom are both of high standard as is the whole place and the whole experience too.

This hotel and restaurant are both in the top hotels we have visited. Service was sincere, swift, professional and friendly. The restaurant was bustling at every turn with wood fired pizzas, handmade pasta and good vibes. Might be my favorite restaurant on the entire trip to Switzerland.

The hotel is very charmant. Clean, elegant and next to the cable car.

We stayed here for 1 night on our trek across Switzerland (hiking the Via Alpina 1) and we loved every moment of it. It is a great location (just a little walk from the core shopping/eating areas) and had a beautiful room. We would highly recommend Hotel Arc-en-ciel in Gstaad.

Stayed 3 nights in Arc-en-Ciel with my family. Excellent experience! Decent room with luxury decoration, friendly staff, thoughtful service, good food (& best pizza in Gstaad) and convenient & quiet location. Satisfactory in every aspect.

The staffs were very nice and friendly. They upgraded our room for free. The view from hotel room was stunning. Restaurant has fresh and delicious food.

Stayed here 8 nights on my own. Superb access to hiking trails. Truly gives you the feeling of Swiss alpine lodge experience. Airy spacious rooms with very good bedding and completely modern plumbing. I had a gorgeous deck with a view of the mountains. The most cheerful and accommodating staff. After years of American hotel staff serliness, it was a pleasure to be taken care of here. I prefer staying here to stay in the town as it's just a 7 minute walk to town and you have lovely sweet trailsand a babbling river right next to the property. Very lovely outdoor garden dining seating as well as a formal dining room. Breakfast was very good with hot eggs, bacon, lox, many fresh fruit, yogurt and great assortment of breads. Wonderful coffee machine will make all kinds of specialty coffee drinks for you. I have a medical diet need in the staff was very accommodating. Much appreciated. Lovely little spa with steam room, and big bathtub for private reservation and no additional charge. Pool was open and water was super. Housekeeping staff very cheerful and accommodating. The only thing is that sound carries very easily from to floor twofloor and room to room so.... I use a sleep app on my phone when I travel to produce white noise etc and that helps me sleep.
