Prestige Beach House, BW Premier Collection Reviews

This was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.

Great hot tub and pool. Great service. Everyone was very helpful. Perfect location. Except one of the waitress in the restaurant was not so helpful, but we never went back to it.

The hotel is okay. It is in the city center and there are many restaurants with various cuisines near the hotel. Very convenient.

Front desk staff was excellent! Very welcoming and friendly, rooms were clean, and great location for walking to shops and restaurants.

Parking was an incremental charge of $15 per day. Should be part of the hotel charge instead of a secondary charge. Parking very tight.

Have been twice before. Always reliable. Very friendly staff and the location is great to explore downtown. We have a park view balcony, but that also means we were close to the Main Street and bridge traffic. We don’t have a problem with basic traffic noise. But be aware. The quiet side is the north side but the view there is mostly of the alley and the backs of downtown businesses. Still acceptable. Parking is free and convenient.

The hotel staff at night was very friendly. They even assisted us with some slippers and extra pillows. We are glad that the coffee machine is well kept, and cleaned. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient. Even though the pool was not in service it is a good sign they do proper maintenance for it.

The room has nice decore. However the tile flooring looked dirty from being damaged and then had poor patch jobs. The jetted tub had very low water pressure so it took a very long time to fill the tub. By then the water was already cool even with it being straight hot water. Also during the middle of the night it tried starting up as if it had water in it. This happened twice both nights. The mattress was wore out and lumpy. The staff at check in was very nice and knowledgeable. The staff at checkout was complete opposite did not ask how my stay was or even how i was doing. I also was not given the option if i wanted to keep the charge on my credit or pay by debit. Also I booked the room for the fact it had a balcony but turns out you can not use them in the winter. For the amount of money you pay I would expect that the room wood be at a higher standard.

Great place! Enjoyed the stay. Pool was nice and clean, hot tub was hot, could be a tad cleaner but decent. Staff a super nice!

Property was nice and staff was fine but disappointed in the hot water status in our room, especially since I booked a jet-tub king room to have a soak. Water pressure was so limited and not enough hot to make an even lukewarm bath.

We did not have hot water for our entire stay. Housekeeping did not clean our room. Location in a very bad part of town. Would not stay there again.

Perfect. We had a one night stay for a chritsmas party. The room was a little small but fie the price it was spot on.

This is the second time that we have stayed on a prestige hotel and each time we have found the bed hard and not comfortable. I have stayed at less expensive hotels and their beds are a lot more comfortable. Wake up with sore back. Overall, other then the bed, the stay was great.

Enjoyed the hotel. Small and quaintly themed. Friendly staff. Pool area nice. AC/heater side vent was packed with dust but very small detail. Power went out on one side of the room in the AM while making coffee and using hair dryer. Overall 7.5 out of 10
