All the good reviews about DP House are true. They served me THE BEST BREAKFAST in all Thailand for this  category stay, absolutely the best. The owner lady is truly, from the bottom of her heart, a helpful and sincere person, And yes, speaks good english. You are in good hands here. Peaceful and quiet since a temple next door. Clean and good rooms. Recommended.

Great prices. The landlady speaks good English. The cleanliness is exceptional.  Best value around Chiang Mai.  Quiet and central location. 7-11 is 3 minutes by walk as well as streefoods and restaurants.  Highly recommended

2 month stay. Nice rooms, good beds, AC, fridge, TV. Good shower. Cleaned every day.  Very nice breakfast every day with a Thai option freshly cooked, fruit, cereal coffee , milk etc.  Su, the owner is incredibly helpful. Great laundry service.   Great location in the NE  side inside the Old City.  Great value.    Impersonal corridors and not a place to sit in the lobby etc (no lobby) but as a base. Its great!  Very good wifi

There are ants, desks and wardrobes are large, the bed is very large and comfortable, I have to walk in a dark night road at 7pm, there is a big dog looking through the trash can, it’s terrible, but the boss is very good, and the breakfast is delicious

It's the best Place to stay!  Great rooms, super confortable beds, good breakfast, beautiful location next to the Chiang Man Temple, we have our own balcony.  The staff attend all we need.   We love DP House!
