Front desk not friendly nor terribly helpful. Never asked how my stay was upon departure. Riley was a problem.

My stay was amazing, location is great for Steelers training camp. The only issue the outlets for the night stand by the window were not working, but I easily got around that and used the other one. I look forward to staying when I return next year for camp again＞

Our stay at Hampton Inn went very well. Our room was clean and well appointed. We were very comfortable during our 3 day stay. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The location of the hotel is very convenient with several restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my preferred stay. Perfectly located and comfortable. The ladies at the counter are awesome. The place is quiet and relaxing.

The property overall was very nice. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. My mom and I booked this hotel because it said it had a fitness center and we did not find out until getting to the property that the fitness center was closed for repair. If we would have known that prior we would have liked the option to stay at a hotel that offered a functional fitness center.

Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was some sort of water leak that was a known issue. They were working on resolving it but it was very musty with a strong smell of mold, particularly on the floor we were on.

We had a service dog with us, so you never know how that will go, but they didn't blink an eye, which I always appreciate. The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast area was clean and had something everyone could eat. I'd suggest some kind of gluten free bread or English muffins. We have to bring our own. I guess the powdered eggs leave something to be desired, according to my daughter, but that's pretty much par for the course these days. I was surprised that you had to ask for the room to be cleaned now instead of that being a given. That was the only real negative I perceived.

Liked that there were many dining options around and it was close to the major roads.

Was hardly able to get any sleep at all, as MANY of the rooms are against the highway and inadequately insulted. I was told all the king rooms are on this side. It was SO LOUD, and that was even after me downloading and playing a white noise app on high. Hotel management didn’t do anything either. They said there was nothing they could do because they were sold out. A property in this spot needs to be adequately insulated and prepared for sound, but it’s been this way for years if you look at the reviews. They simply don’t have the integrity to care. People come to hotels to do one thing, get sleep. Stay elsewhere.
