staff was friendly and helpful but the food there was very bad rice was hard and chilli was hard the portion of the food was not enough for the guest too some guest came later didnt get to have any food at all,the room also have a constant issue of power shortage and water shortage in the middle of the night wanted to take a shower but there wasn’t any water…and the power shortage was in the day and the room was so hot without the aircon couldn’t have a good rest at all but the view and surrounding there is breathtaking and the water was clear overall wasn’t the best experience I don’t think I will come back here or recommend it to my families and friends

The villa is so good. The room is cozy. breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner are all great. The water is clean and clear, you can swim and snorkel around the villa, there will be a lifeguard standby. People is kind and helpful, you can sing Karaoke with them at night, you can also play Mahjong and snooker.
One kindly reminder for those planning to dive in Semporna. Must contact the villa to arrange your diving section!!!This can save the transportation fee. If you book local tour from other agency like KKday, they might not pick you up from the villa and you have to pay extra fee for pick up. So just contact the villa and ask them to arrange.
Lastly, everything is good but it will be perfect if the villa has a cat.😽

To review and improve yr breakfast menu.
Use quality products like Nescafe coffee powder, Creamer, Skippy peanut butter, jam etc. Though no brand was shown on d containers but the look obviously were not appertising. Only one type of fruit served per meal. Pls dont stinch on d amount of food served.
SWV Resort is on d ocean, we looked forward for a descent varieties of FRESH SEAFOOD but nope !!!
One compliment was d Red Chilli Crab was well cook served on d 2nd night.
All d staffs are very friendly and they took good care of d swimmers.

I was quite nervous when I came here, but the result exceeded my expectations. The food, service, and environment are all great. It is very photogenic! It just took me a long time to find the dock and contact person on the day of check-in.

Generally speaking, only for Semporna, the price/performance ratio is relatively high.
The room is generally clean, but I don't care if there are a few ants occasionally. The faucet is loose, I don't care, just use it.
The room is about 18-20 square meters and feels sufficient. The mattress is a bit collapsed. This water house has been open for a year. Could it be that the residents exercise a lot? The hot water supply is sufficient throughout the day. If the water is used during the peak period, the water will be smaller.
The scenery of the water house is still good, certainly not as good as that of Ma Da Jing, and of course the price is much cheaper.
Lunch and dinner are quite sumptuous for me personally, including beef and crab (the crab cooking method is very ordinary). Such a meal in Semporna costs 3-50 MYR.
In terms of snorkeling, there is a free transparent boat for small tourists to take pictures. There are three public launching points in the water house. The water is very clean and there are starfish below.
They were all Chinese, which was quite boring. There were people fighting for food at the buffet in the evening. Of course, this is not a problem of Water House, but a problem of Semporna.
I originally wanted to book a sunrise room, but finally arranged a sunset room. For me, the lights were too bright at night, making it inconvenient to take photos of the Milky Way.

The leaves are all dead. There is no scenery to take pictures. I feel that the price is too expensive. The food is cheap. Then I chartered a boat in the morning and asked for 4XX. I am speechless. Everywhere you go to play, you have to pay.
