Enjoyed the stay, it was comfortable and convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station. The front desk staff was great and helped me keep my lost glasses. The breakfast was great, not much variety but very tasty.

This hotel was recommended by a colleague. We temporarily chose this hotel because the hotel next door suddenly increased its price. The location is also very good, not much different from other European hotels. The service is average. There are a few restaurants downstairs, and the overall experience is ok.

The bed is too small, but the hygiene is very good and the transportation is convenient

Good proximity to Hbf, 10 mins walk to city centre. Bed is v comfortable and air conditioning is good. Overall an above average staying experience.

Very near to the main train station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room clean and they even changed the towels after one night! There is a cheap and good restaurant near the hotel. From the hotel it is a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the city centre. There are four tramlines leading there. A 24 hour ticket costs a bit over 6 Euros and you can take every public transport - even the funicular up the mountain to the clocktower.

Very friendly personal, room was very clean. It is not far from the city-center and very near to the main railway station.

The Hotel is located opposite the main train station. Its in a great location and an easy walk to the Old Town. The room AC didnt work thatvwell and the room was a little warm for our liking. It was quiet though so no issues there.

This hotel is perfect for those arriving by train as right across the road from the main station, probably the closest hotel. Several places to eat and drink if arriving late as I was, though it's a decent walk to all the main sites, prob 1.5 km, but as it's so close to the station there are multiple tram and bus options. Didn't have breakfast there as was 19 EUR which is very expensive for a buffet breakfast. Rooms were nice and modern, although something very weird. My bed was vibrating, the same as you experience when there is music with a heavy bass underneath you. Fortunately there was another single bed in the room so I swapped and all was fine. I still can't explain it :) But would highly recommend if coming by train, especially when there for 24 hrs like I was, but if staying several days you may want to stay somewhere closer to the old town.

Stayed two nights. Ideal location opposite the main station. The restaurant doesn't operate so we couldn't get a meal but they offer breakfast. Nice and clean with good rooms with air conditioning. Would stay thereagain.

Property is in a fantastic location. Walkable to everything. Room was clean with very comfortable beds and hot shower. Staff was very pleasant. Would stay here again. Nothing negative to say at all.

I prefered this hotel. But, I will not choose this hotel in the future. My all memory in Graz are now to bad memory. The most unwanted payment caused problems and the result was unsatisfactory. First time staying there in 3 years and it looks like it has changed.
