great city to visit and great location

The front desk clerk BARBARA is the best!!!!!! She makes the whole place feel like you want to be there! We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 5th time staying here and it never disappoints!

Stayed here for three nights and it was pretty awesome! Venus was AMAZING! So friendly and asked us about or day if we saw her on our way back to our room. The rest of the staff we interacted with was also very friendly!

Everything was great. We have found Holiday Inn Express to be very consistent in providing excellent service, and we love their breakfast options. The best Blu slight negative about this stay was that not all of the breakfast options were ready and available at 8am. They never put the sausage gravy out, the biscuits were not warm, and the pancakes were not available. Those are our favorite items. :) Nevertheless, everything else was great.

Nice hotel at the edge of downtown with lots of parking. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants downtown.

Second time here. Would return.

Great visit. The IHG agents checked us in quickly and were really nice and helpful. Clean place and large room.

Downtown location was perfect. Easily walk to everything. Staff was friendly check in to minutes. Room was clean and spacious. Everything was great

The young lady working the front counter when I checked in and the night before my departure was the most rude, unhelpful public facing employee I have encountered in a long time. In both cases I needed assistance, she was sitting on a stool, leaning against the corner of the office area, ear buds in. It was made obvious I had seriously inconvenienced her by stopping to ask a question. The night before my checkout, I asked how long I should figure it takes to ride to the airport, I was met with a roll of the eyes and a snarky response of "how am I supposed to know". Otherwise the property was fine, breakfast was typical for a Holiday Inn Express. Loved Greenville as a town and liked how the hotel was walking distance to most everywhere I needed to be.

It waa a beautiful place staff was excellent. Barbera was excellent and very helpful. She get five stars alone

Barbara, the lady at the desk, was very patient with the long line of people checking in and took time to fully explain everything to each person without rushing them. She made each person feel welcomed and heard.

Very clean, bed could be upgraded not the best but doable , only coffee cups in room available, no cups for bathroom, Keurig in room a plus, bathroom nice, towels good, shower hot. Carpet was clean. Looks like it was refurbished. Staff very nice. Walking distance from Peace Center. On site parking a plus.
