The customer care at Delamar is unmatched. From the moment you book your stay, you're contacted by concierge so they can make sure you'll have everything you need for your stay. Sara was AMAZING. Everyone was kind, attentive and patient. My only gripe is with the seriously dated decor. It isn't the cheapest room around and honestly, I was slightly disappointed in the room. It's clean and comfortable but outdated and a bit broken down. All in all, you won't be disappointed with your stay. Recommended!

Beautiful old-school hotel with old-school wonderful service. Great location with proximity to the train for trips to the city room with a view over the Long Island sound

Had a delightful oversight stay at Delamar! The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully maintained. The wine and cheese hour and breakfast choices were a really nice touch. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous property on the water within easy walk to shops and dining on Greenwich Avenue. Good for business meetings & easy access to I95 & Metro north. Staff was super helpful & friendly

The Delamar was fantastic. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and quiet. It’s an easy walk to Greenwich Avenue for shopping and lots of food options. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend.

Very thin walls. I could hear people coming home at midnight closing doors and chatting. The room is outdated but the tv selections are great and has Netflix. The restaurant is currently closed for renovations but the hotel had a 'grab and go' breakfast which was fine. No place to really eat or dishes to use and no option for milk to eat the cereal. Bathrooms are small and towels are INSIDE the shower because they dont have a towel bar to hold them up.

Not the DelaMar I was used to. Front desk not helpful. We specifically returned based on a devious experience, paid three times other hotel rates. Not pleased.

We are so excited that this hotel is so beautiful and stuff is very nice, we got the welcome gift—-the chocolates, gorgeous furnitures, bathroom space is enough, Christmas decor is in everywhere, it’s delightful and nice place. We’d love to come again.

The front staff are attentive and most helpful. The valet service was above and beyond. My Tesla was charged for me. So tomorrow I will have my car charged and ready to when I check out.

Wonderful from start to finish - greeted with a smile - door opened for us by lovey staff and given a glass of Prosecco upon arrival which was much needed after a stressful drive on I-95. Quickly got through check in and to our room where we had complementary water and chocolates (and not the cheap kind) Room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Dinner at l’escale which is conveniently located within the hotel. Quiet and comfy night sleep
- lovely breakfast with cappuccino and top shelf pasteries and yogurt. Can’t wait to rebook and stay longer and check out the spa!
