客觀的説這是我在大學城三年，去過南亭北亭貝崗村起碼十幾家酒店體驗最糟糕的一次。
先説房間吧。如圖所示，地板破爛，玻璃臟兮兮、櫃子上都是灰、玻璃漱口杯蒙上一層灰色（沒拍）根本不敢用，雙人房就給一條沖涼毛巾，馬桶矮的離譜（臟沒敢坐，蹲着也累）。更絕的是抽風機壞了，洗澡悶死，開空調巨大聲，不是那種正常的出風噪音，是故障了的轟鳴聲。純純寶藏酒店啊，當你以為已經夠爛了的時候，又會發現更爛的地方。
再説一下環境，樓梯黑漆漆，樓下沒人看的，也不用想找到人。
再細説離譜經歷:
提前定了房，當天打電話説斷電，把我們安排到對面的金葉酒店。我看了一下**上是有這個酒店就答應了，畢竟斷電這種事也沒辦法。
去到一看燈火通明的，應該就是房間給完了，然後在這掛羊頭賣狗肉，這提前訂好的房間還要先到先得是吧。這些都算了，但凡帶我們去的房間好一點我也懶得寫一篇小作文。
也別説什麼不滿意可以退房的屁話，我提前定好的房憑什麼要我當天再找一個，大學城週六的房本來就難訂。沒有房間就不要掛上來，還找一個去到就能一眼看穿的蹩腳理由。
都是實話實説，接受不了臟，沒抽風沒空調的同學還是別來了（特別是帶女孩子千萬別來）。

網上訂好是茗佳，到了給你的確是金葉，房間如同農家廚房，房間衞生極其之差，入住因為晚上十點多了，所以前台會説就是這樣了，不住可以走。氣憤之極就這樣不睡到天亮。

一星都不想給，老闆服務態度特別差，訂的28號晚上的房，因為感冒發燒了，中午申請取消被酒店拒絕了，後來説明身體不適申請了幾次一直不同意退款。後來沒有辦法過去入住，還是扣了整晚房費。不知道評論區怎麼都説老闆態度好，我看老闆是根本就不在乎客户的體驗，衹在乎自己掙錢。沒有入住提前取消了還不給退款，第一次遇到這種酒店，真的服了。我沒有享受到住房服務，還要我付款，簡直就是霸王條款，嚴重違反消費者權益保護法中的消費公平原則，把消費者當豬宰。

提前預訂的影音房，去到現場告訴我沒有房間了，衹能換一個差一點的。但是我看他當天的房間還是有的，但是賣的貴一百多。為了這一百塊，毫無信用，奸商。換的房間廁所門都沒有，如圖，兩個人住拉屎都薰死，廁所的氣味都傳出來了，沒有私隱。因為廁所沒門，所以濕氣非常重，也可能是被子不乾淨蚊子多，皮膚過敏了。垃圾店再也不定，大家擦亮眼睛看。這樣的商家信不信得過。

實圖僅供參考，和圖上的床不一樣，而且洗澡水會漏出來，直接弄一滴水，超級潮濕，回來直接長濕疹了，不值這個價錢，隔音也不好

房間很滿意，我定了三個地方，這裏的環境和周邊的小吃都很好，值得住，老闆娘也很實誠，退房後路上發現充電器不知去哪裡了，打電話問店家，還特意幫我找，真的很好，如果去科技館可以去哪裡住，尤其帶孩子，衣服也有地方曬，下次來再這裏住，物美價廉，贊一個，周邊的小吃也很好，可惜這次太匆忙了
