整體來説是可以的，進去房間後是挺滿意的。但是早餐種類太少了，並且份量也不太夠，建議多添加一些種類。飲品衹有牛奶或者咖啡..水果也不是很冷，建議冰凍一下呢。但總體體驗給我是非常不錯的，服務小姐姐態度也很好呢～希望下次去有所改進。

地面地庫停車場，愛車任意停，就是這麼霸氣。還有洗衣房，洗衣機烘乾機那個是
熱情周到的服務
前台為我們準備了泡好的花茶，現磨咖啡，定食早餐，都是暖暖的心意。還有熱情的保潔阿姨仔細打掃衞生，衞生真的蠻不錯，潔癖星人放心佳。
每個小細節都能看出酒店主理人的用心，最後還要表揚下
客房備品，非常有質感，滿滿的體驗感，超讚~

房間寬敞舒適，乾淨整潔，前台服務仔細周到。最大的好處是離新塘地鐵站非常近，從酒店步行到地鐵站衹需5分鐘左右。

新塘南站地鐵很近，公共交通方便。給升級了房間，房間很大，落地大窗，自動窗簾科技感也不錯。臨街房也不吵，大床舒服。

酒店位於新塘地鐵站附近，非常方便，房間乾淨企理、隔音挺好、Wi-Fi連接穩定、前枱小姐姐有禮貌、外賣可以送到房間，幾乎沒有東西可以批評了，下次來附近還會再住的

開始訂了雙人房、付款了因為網絡卡住、不知道怎麼點到了退款，再進去就説房沒有了、明明另外就還有個未付款的訂單，我取消了重新下單也不行、其二不得意訂了大床，結果實物房子很小、窗户很小，關鍵是衞生間積水，洗手枱也是，這個價格真的商家要改善
