Loved this hotel. It looked newly renovated so everything in the room was in great condition! Very worth the price we paid :) Location is great too, it's on the pedestrian street itself with plenty of food options nearby, and within walking distance to the twin pagodas and Elephant Trunk Mountain park. My family was very happy staying here. Service was quick and efficient too. Our first time at an Atour hotel and we will definitely consider staying at other Atour hotels in future.

I need to stay overnight to caught the train, and everything went wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. They even prepared the breakfast to go for me. Room clean, with very big and comfortable bed. Walking distance to Guilin bei station. I recommend.

Hotel Atour is located within walkable distance from West Street and close to major restaurants. The hotel has spacious family rooms to comfortably accommodate 4 people. The breakfast spread is good (even for vegetarians like me) . The hotel has a play pen for kids. There is a bike rental option just outside the hotel which is also a plus.

Hotel was great, unfortunately smoking in am around the hotel, something that happens often in cities so not the hotel's fault. The gym was nice and laundry room is good aswell, just a shame about the smoking of some guests, even in the gym

The first time I stayed at Atour Hotel was to travel in Guilin, Guangxi. Guilin has beautiful scenery, good mountains and water and good scenery! The experience of staying at Atour Hotel is superb, the room is clean and tidy, there is no smell, the room is large, and the stay is comfortable. There are many varieties of breakfast and delicious. There is a free laundry room, wash clothes and dry clothes, very convenient, a better experience is that the aunt also helps you fold all the drying clothes. The two front desk ladies, purple shirts and Yunfei are very enthusiastic, take the initiative to help upgrade the room, the arranged room is very good and quiet. Next time I travel to other places, I will stay at the Atour Hotel.
