Well located for beach and nightlife, not five star but a very adequate facility with two swimming pools, bar and restaurant, easy minibus transfer from main hub, everything is walking or minibus ride away. Decent breakfast, overall value was excellent, most of all the staff were awesome. I'll give the entire staff a five star rating alone!

ideally positioned near to all shops bars restaurants and shops. rooms very basic but cleaned every day. There is a large pool with plenty of sunbed. Th taxi rank and bus stop is just opposite the hotel and well worth a visit to Bodrum. All staff are exceptionally friendly. Good Bar & great food all very reasonably priced Lovely seating area out at the front where you can sit and enjoy a drink and food. Alos there a lovely African Grey Parrott called Attish who has been there for 20 years and is so friendly. My husband would have definitely brought him home if at all possible.. We are a couple on our mid 50s and would definitely like to go back to this hotel and definitely recommend it.

We were There offseason,late october. The staff was tired. The cleaning was under was under all criticism. The rooms were dirty, The tables were dirty, The floor was dirty and there were cigarettbuds all around The pool. There were 5 lunch options and The same menu for dinner at night. The pool was not heated so it was around 16 degres celsius. My fiance asked for an extra blanket at two times we didnt get one so we hade to buy her clothes to sleep in. The breakfast was not kept chilled so it was not so fresh to eat breakfast late since it hade stood there for about 2 hours. Nice location and at least it was Sunny and warm.

Since my last visit a couple of years ago the Serhan has had a lot of work done to it. Improvements include front patio and pool area which have both been tidied up with the area around the pool now having more space. Similarly reception area has moved and looks much more professional The dining area has moved and free up space in the bar area. The rooms have also seen improvements and the wi-fi is also much stronger. This year Serhan has an all inclusive option and must say that I am impressed with the variety and presentation of food. Finally good variety of drinks. One tip. Be nice with the staff, they work hard to help us enjoy our holidays

Room was massive, very clean and was cleaned daily, had a small balcony with a view of the pool area. The food was lovely and offered a good range of traditional Turkish food and the hotel was is a good location for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Would stay here again.
