Baia Bodrum Hotel Reviews

Checked in at the Baia Bodrum Hotel on May 02/22 which is considered pre-season in the region.Registration was easy. the restaurant food was very good and staff -especially restaurant staff- was great. On the second day, my wife had an accident and needed first aid treatment but they said that even there is a medical in the hotel, “the medical service has not started yet because the season has just started.” Besides of many good points, another negative points are the disturbing smell coming from the toilets especially in windy weathers. Also during our stay -probably because of the pre-season- we couldn’t have any entertainment and activities unfortunately. In a nutshell, location is perfect , hotel is good but the points listed above needs to be improved.

Pool area was very lovely, great music, there was a small Starbucks in the hotel. Activities happen throughout the day planned by the entertainment team which are very enjoyable they try their hardest, they also plan activities for the evening and they’re well managed. The only downside is the restaurant downstairs la carte wasn’t quite enjoyable and the bar by the pool doesn’t make nice drinks.

I chose the beautiful place for a week family vacation with my wife. Less than half an hour after arriving from the airport, we were given the very nice room we had chosen.Everything was excellent, the reception and all the staff were respectful.We met very good friends in entertainment, who are very kind and friendly.EFE He was one of our very good friends in the entertainment part of this trip. And in the other part of this good trip, the spa and massage part of my good friend Engin.I didn't have a good massage experience many times in my previous trips in Türkiye, but this time I had a very good experience. The music department in this hotel belongs to 60 years ago. I have a serious advice for you to definitely ask DJs and entertainers to play happier and better music for you. Finally, thanks to the management of this hotel and all the friends who worked hard to have a peaceful week.I do not recommend this hotel for those who have children and are looking for water activities because it does not have a water park for adults.

I have been staying in this hotel for a week. This hotel is a great hotel for relaxing and having a very beautiful environment. Wonderful nature.All the employees are very polite, wonderful reception, we didn't wait long, and they gave us a very good room, the animation part and the entertainment part.The entertainment section has very energetic children who help you have a much better mood. I found a very good friend named is EFEwhich will help you feel better by the pool in the beautiful surroundings here

Just come back from Baia staff are very friendly but hotel does not really cater for the English people they definitely have more respect for the Russians even though they have no manners and do not adhere to rules ..I ended up with food poisoning the last day too , the food was always luke warm..quite a lot of stairs too if your not able to climb..very tatty in places too. would 100 % NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL VERY DISAPPOINTED

Hotel is the best place to be solo. Excellent food, support and managers. Beach is very nice, clean water without trash. Great music in the hotel. Hotel is always clean and quiet. Ali is master of Turkish food, he make excellent food and he is always happy. Engin very nice person always smiled and like to joking. Always try help another people with find something :D

First time in Bodrum.we came on holiday with friends.The hotel is simply wonderful.Thank you very much to Baia family.especially Ms. Gamze and Mr. Tolga from the animation team.Ms. Gamze took care of us with her positive energy every day.We couldn't do any activities with her during the day because she was in the mini club during the day.she was with the children during the day and with us in the evening. We always felt her smiling face and warmth.Thank you very much for your quality conversation.This hotel is unforgettable with the entertainment of the animation team, the delicious food and the view of the rooms.I'm sure I will come again.

The food is great.desserts are very delicious.all staff very friendly.especially animator Ms. Gamze is soft-spoken and noble.Mr. Tolga and the music are fun.the view from the room is great.the pool is very useful.thanks for everthingi will come again

The best place to visit and best staff. Erdem bej was such a helpful person and he was always there when we asked for anything. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Cant wait to go again.

Thanks to this place for unforgettable one week vacation! First of all would like to thanks animators ladies Sofiya and Ishil for their warm welcoming and being with us all days long ! The location of the hotel is great, you can easily reach all places outside the hotel maximum in 30 minutes. Also, the view from the hotel is 10/10!!! However , hotel management should definitely work on housekeeping services and F&B. We were calling everyday to remind to clean our room and they were just changing our towels, cleaning the toilet and making the bed. In one week they didn’t change our bed linens and bring new slippers even ones. The most interesting part is that we didn’t have bathrobes ,which definitely supposed to be in 5* hotel. Also, the watering flower equipment in the room balconies settled very strange, and everything what you hang for drying will be wet again in the night ,because it works somewhere at 1am. The balconies do not have any keys inside the room, which is not safety at all. We forgot our keys in the room and just entered there easily from the balcony. Regarding the F&B - I would advise to work on food variety, because its very poor and not that delicious. The service team is a bit slow , which also need to be improved,but still very helpful and kind! Especially waiter Mr. Can, who served us lunch and breakfast. Moreover,the beach area is very cozy, but cleaning part there is also struggling. It takes a lot of time to find a beach boy to ask for any help. Baia hotel is more family hotel ,full of families and kids. But if you like to party, you can go outside the hotel , because everything is close enough! I would recommend this hotel for staying and will definitely come back!

The entertainment team and the staff at Starbucks made our trip so enjoyable they are all really friendly and welcoming. The activities provided by the entertainment team were all really fun, the only bad thing is the quality of food at the restaurant down stairs was not up to standard and the cocktails at the bar and some of the staff at the bar where not good

Recently returned from our 2nd visit. Hotel was clean in all areas, Lovely beds and fresh towels every day also bedding changed frequently. Bathrooms good size with walk in showers. Plenty variety of hot and cold foods all made fresh and very well presented. . Breakfast had so much on offer fresh fruits, cheeses variety of meats, salad and selection of hot foods. Staff very attentive in all areas. Most drinks are imported which is far better than local brands. Apart from the Baileys which we had last year, this time a local brand which was very sweet. Definitely will return to this hotel again.

Amazing views, stunning pool (which never got busy), lovely coastline (with a small beach) and abundant sun loungers and umbrellas. All-inclusive Starbucks was nice, no restrictions on pool towels and rooms were spacious (although more 4 star-like in decor). Easy valet parking was a bonus. Tip: if you like snorkelling, swim around the jetty area. The one downside was that although a big spread at mealtimes, there was very limited choice for vegetarians and vegans - the restaurant staff seemed surprised and not well-prepared for such diets. Not one vegan dessert from a choice of probably 50+! Good salad selection and some cold starters for vegetarians - only very basic hot food - even pizza (and much of the bread) and mashed potato were made with eggs. Staff were mostly friendly but the first time I've seen guests asked to leave the buffet restaurant when it closed (9:30pm I think) - even if you were midway through a meal and still had food on your plate/table! Hotel seems to have predominantly Turkish guests and most staff outside of the reception staff spoke very limited English.
