酒店很新，位置很好，停車也方便，服務真的很好，入住還送了歡迎水果，真的感受到了酒店領導的用心，房間設施很全，住的很舒服，早餐很好吃 西柳很好的一家店以後會經常過來 非常棒的入住體驗 以後會經常過來的

機器人送物真的很方便 已經入住兩次啦 真的很不錯 前台帥哥服務很好 還給我了杯咖啡 物超所值 早餐更好 以後就選擇入住漢庭了 房間很大 乾淨衞生 真心不錯

新酒店設施還可以的，提幾點中肯的建議：
1.早餐到十點，九點半準時下樓，菜和牛奶，麪包都沒有的狀態，考慮不浪費能理解，但後邊還有顧客體驗感不好。
2.新入住房間紙巾沒有了紙巾盒衹剩兩張就空了，洗髮水空的。
3.前台服務員多次不在崗，退房，不能做好實時有服務員。
4.昨晚9點左右服務員服務態度差，問前台有飲料麼，説有的一會送過來，等了大概20分鐘，告知無法送，沒法收錢，下樓購買問不能送為什麼不早説最開始為什麼要答應，態度很不好説，很忙。
酒店環境還不錯，希望服務再完善。
