Good breakfast, attentive and friendly staff.

Very good experience, everything is good. Meets our expectations.

The staff is great, everything very clean and delicious meals. The pool is just great, the room was surprisingly top level! The hotel manager Ben solved every issue and made the stay pleasant for the whole family! The lounge is a spot worth to visit!

We stayed at the Dan Carmel Hotel for two nights, to celebrate 50 years of marriage. We booked an executive room which includes access to the lounge. The room on the 9th floor was clean and tidy, we were greeted by a wonderful surprise prepared for us by the hotel staff - a bottle of wine, several macarons and more. The highlight was the amazing view from the room. The lounge also provides a special stay experience. In addition, I would like to mention the professional and kind attitude of the entire staff and the special attention we received from Mrs. Miri, the customer relations manager. There is no doubt that we will return to the hotel soon.

The staff is super friendly and very proffesional , helpful and kind. The food is fresh, well cooked and delicious. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff does a great daily job. All the staff always welcomes you with a smile and if there is anything you need, just name it.

This hotel needs a face lift! It shows too much "wear and tear." Also, as Israeli hotel breakfasts go, this one was a bit disappointing in terms of choices and creativity. All that being said, the front desk staff was helpful with a couple of requests we had. Wifi connection was fine.

We went 2 days in this hotel with my 4 kids and it was great. Location is perfect,5 min walk to louise promenade . Roooms are spacious and beds are confortable. Pool is big, but need to add more unbrellas and chairs in high season. Food is delicious and big variety. Staffs are professionnals and give a good service. Pool bar is good we get shnitsels in 7 min. As a familly we really enjoy our stay in Dan Carmel and i recommand it.

We’ve been staying at Dan Carmel hotel for a long period of time, this place turn in to a home for us. The team here been so amazing and generous, both professional and both took care of us with so much love, as if we were a family. The food is great, fresh and tasty. They put thought and attention into it. And there is a lot of options to pick from. Rooms are big, nice and comfortable, all of then have a beautiful view to the sea. The location is great - there is a nice promenade next to the hotel with beautiful scenery to Haifa’s bay, and you can walk to restaurants and coffee near by. Maayan, Liron and Noa Ginat.

Best hotel I've ever been to. Everything is clean, smells good, amazing food, service is great, staff is very friendly and kind. Sheets are clean, bathroom is beautiful. Very exclusive 👌 Absolutely perfect. Thank you!

We came on vacation, a family with 2 children (8, 10). Excellent location, wonderful service, great rooms and facilities at a high level of maintenance. The staff is kind and helpful with any request or need.We had a great time and will be back.
