I enjoyed my stay at the property but was disappointed with the breakfast. On the bright side, having a room with a fully equipped kitchen was a dream come true. Overall 4 1/2 stars.

Good value and amenities for the price. Comfortable accommodations centrally located to resources and travel ways.

My bathroom hanger rod was broken and could have injured anyone. ******* charged more than hotel cost that is also not good. We will stay away from *******

The man who helped us at the desk was super friendly. The crib that we requested that a really dirty pack n play with no sheet provided and no extra sheets in the room. We checked in late so my son ended up sleeping on a towel

Loved our one day stay here. Staff was polite and loved wednesday social evening plus complimentary breakfast. We will return for sure.

Considering I stay in many hotels this was by far the best equipped for in room accessible accommodations. Spacious and truly easy to move around in a wheelchair.

Very spacious the 3 beds & kitchenette were very convenient but it wasn’t that clean the cheap renovations were falling apart as well the hotel is very overpriced for it to not be all the way up to par

I think the outside of property is better maintained than the inside. Rooms could be decently cleaned.

During check-in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping while I was staying with them. I said sure how about on Saturday. The concierge wrote in on the pad for cleaning, bedding and towels but housekeeping never came and at check out they never asked how was my stay. Very unprofessional.

I think the rooms aren’t clean thoroughly as they should be. Location landscape is beautiful!

It was $250 a night for at best a five star hotel. Absolutely terrible and I would never stay there again

Nice facility, dirty dishes in dishwasher, shear curtains only, block outs would not close. Good breakfast selections, scrambled eggs were not warm. Stack of paper coffee cups fell onto the floor, employee picked up and put out for service.

Appreciated courtesy call once checked in and quickness in getting more towels

Good location. Need to improve cleanliness. We had 5 rooms and all needed some kind of cleaning. Floors had small trash, tubs were filthy. Kitchen counters were dirty in each corners.
