Location is along the road but not near downtown. Poor service, requested for late check put as trip.com privilege upon check in, reception said yes. The following day, they called us to check out early. They could have said no earlier, so that we knew. 1 english speaking staff. 1 friendly staff, the rest were not. No amenities. Breakfast had no choices considering many were foreigners for Asian games. There is a obnoxious odor in the lobby. Rooms were old. Paint were already removed. Don't try this hotel.

Location is a little far from the train station, but still walkable
Breakfast was not too bad but could have more variety
Rooms were cosy and bed was comfortable.
There is a gym but when I was there, people were smoking inside.

What can I say? The family suite is just perfect! It is big enough for 4 people. There are 2 bathrooms, there is even a walking closet area! The location is okay, we walk around 10 minutes to the metro station. I would say the breakfast is the highlight. They provide Western food as well. It is totally worth it!

The road going there was closed so it is a bit inconvenient. For the price they charge, we are very disappointed by the decor, cleanliness, and service. It looked old & not well maintained.

It is rare that the hygiene of a hotel makes me so annoyed. The wash basin was obviously filled with the nasal discharge of the previous guest. There was also splattered discharge from the previous guest on the toilet seat. I did not even use the bath towels and towels because they were too dirty. Whether a hotel's facilities are good or not is not the most important thing. Hygiene is the bottom line. Please ask the person in charge of the hotel's housekeeping depar**ent to strengthen the management of the cleaning depar**ent. I had booked two days and had to change to another hotel in advance. The wifi was not very useful and the signal strength in the room was not strong enough. These are all small things. Hygiene is a big problem.
