I recently stayed at atour s and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is perfect, situated close to major attractions and with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each morning, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, I did encounter one issue: the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the internet connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. This was particularly inconvenient as I had some work tasks to complete during my stay. Despite the Wi-Fi issue, I still had a great time at atour and would recommend it to others, especially if reliable internet is not a priority for your visit.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my 4-nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

Great convenient location and lot of attractions nearby, 3 minutes walkable to metro

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service standard is impeccable from the time we checked in, greeted by a helpful receptionist who is warm and patient despite our arrival close to midnight. The breakfast spread is generous. The service staff of the F&B and Housekeeping were very friendly and welcoming. By and large, hotel is very clean with a cozy ambiance and pointed decor. The subway station is very conveniently located, facilitating a fuss free travel to places of interests in Hangzhou.

Perfect place and nice location

Location is good and room is clean

The layout of the guest rooms is reasonable, the rooms are clean, the bathing facilities are good, there are basic daily toiletries provided, very good smell, and the service is very good. The front desk service attitude is excellent, thumbs up. The breakfast is quite rich, the fruit is very fresh, and the combination of Chinese and Western food basically meets the needs. The restaurant environment is elegant and it is comfortable to have breakfast. I will choose to stay in this hotel again. The conditions in all aspects are good. One more thing to add is that the weather is hot, and the hotel front desk is also equipped with ice cream, which is very considerate.

It was a great business trip experience. When I arrived in the evening, they upgraded my room. The breakfast was very rich and the service attitude was also excellent. I will choose this place next time I come to Hangzhou

The hotel lobby is very stylish. There are lotus flowers as soon as you enter the door. They are real flowers and very characteristic of Hangzhou. The check-in front desk also provides refreshing fruit tea, which is very unique. The room is also very clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and the pillow is very good for the cervical spine. I took a rest and then went out to play. It is very convenient to go to the West Lake. It is right next to the subway station and Line 1 goes directly there. It is very convenient. There are many delicious foods near the hotel, and Tianjie is also very good to visit. Another thing is that the service staff is really honest and provides free laundry service. The money in their pockets is also placed in the room. Good comments!

Simple style but good details, especially good service, they even provide free laundry service! Originally self-service laundry, a family of three put dirty clothes in the basket in the morning and prepared to wash them in the evening, but they were already washed and folded when they came back in the afternoon!!! I have stayed in countless hotels at home and abroad for 20 years, many of which are expensive, but this is the first time I have enjoyed such service!! The key is that it is free!!
