Good breakfast - choice of eggs, noodles pancakes etc with fresh fruit and coffee and tea. Great location, all staff very friendly and helpful! They were passionate about improving the hotel. Our room was decent. Would stay here again if returning to Hanoi.

1. No one helped with cleaning, and no one took care of me after staying for 2 days. 2. No windows

The price point is worth it. The room is well soundproofed. There are very few choices for breakfast, but the room can prepare a hot meal for you. The self-service includes coffee, tea, bread, fruit, etc.

For the price with breakfast, I didn't feel it was a good deal. neither good nor bad.

Nice central location. Service impersonal. Room on the 5th floor without a lift. Breakfast is modest and tissues with toilet paper. Spa not used based on these impressions. Therefore, this hostel does not get enough for me.

200m walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, the accessibility is good, the owner of the hotel is friendly, and the facilities feel a little outdated in the bathroom, but the water pressure in the shower is good. The room is not big, but it's clean. I made a reservation for a one-day tour of Halong Bay here and had a pleasant trip. The morning breakfast was a simple breakfast such as fried eggs, bread, coffee, and juice. .

Pros: friendly staff and great location. Cons: bathroom was moudly. Lots of noise from stairwell. The door to our room had a large frosted glass panel so it was very bright in our room overnight (we couldn't switch off the hallway light).

Breakfast wasn’t good and not much variety either. We had no hot water in our shower - the shower is also right next to open wires which we didn’t feel safe with. The bathroom also had a sewage smell. The bed was nice and comfy, and hotel is in a good location.

Location is very good, family room is bit smaller to walk. Overall are good. Staffs were friendly and helpful to arrange airport transfer in the early morning.

After reading the reviews we booked this hotel thinking it was similar to others in Saigon. I am surprised this is a 3 star. It was clean enough, but the stairwell up to the room was a bit shady, and the room door wouldnt open When we entered, it was just a white pained room with a bed. The bathroom also was very primitive as well. The water didn't work at first. The keycard in the door also didn't work at first. They were pleasant to come and fix. The bed did have a new mattress which was clean. The Spa attached to the hotel goes late into the night? Overall it was a clean enough place to lay down, but I would not say its a 3 star.
