Great facilities and service. Breakfast was great. Closed to Shopping Centers. Great location.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was very friendly! The place was very clean and quiet! Loved the cost, rhe room was huge!

I stayed for a weekend. It's literally right next to the mall, I enjoyed that. The furniture was a bit out dated and old looking, but other than that, no issues. It was nice.

It’s a great location if you don’t have a car. You can walk safely to the mall and ******.

Hallway was quiet but the HVAC in the room was not. It kept switching between AC and heat and made a loud noise when turning on that woke me multiple times - not the best with an early morning. Area around it was not nice, too crazy with a ****** and hard to get around.

Stayed in handicap room with one concern. Throughout the night sounds of whistling interrupted my sleeping. Did bring this to the attention of front office staff.

Horrible!! Room and property smelled like cigarette smoke!! Will never stay at this property again!!

The bedside table was caked w dust on the bottom. Younger breakfast attendant was a real good to a young girl who burned a waffle in the maker. She had to take two minutes to scrape the burnt waffle out and she was irritated. She didn't say anything but threw the fork thing down and walked away. I was heartbroken for the young girl that was about ten and didn't know to spray it first. Teach her don't belittle her.

The girl at check in had an attitude real quick. She asked for my CC for payment. I advised that it was already paid. Then she got an attitude and said "for incidentals". I've stayed there many times and knew I needed to give my CC for incidentals but she took me by surprise when she said "for payment". As I was inserting mu CC in the machine at the other end of the counter she gave me the speech about breakfast in the morning, internet, check out, etc. but I could barely hear her. She did not wait for me to come back in front of here to advise me of these things. She just had an attitude all around.

Doors were all battered and had paint missing, very unhealthy and limited breakfast choices. There was too much noise in the halls due to a children’s sports team. Kids were running wild. For such a high priced property, we were not impressed!

I liked how close it was to Live ****** and the mall. I had no bathroom light it didn't work and the toilet was stopped up.

Mobile Key was not functioning. Found out from the front desk that it was not an isolated issue and multiple others had the same.

The front desk service is always pleasant. The rooms and bathroom are always clean. Rarely do I encounter any problems.
