The check in process was painless, and I even arrived early. No issues. The room itself was nice and clean. I enjoyed the kitchen and it was well-stocked (silverware, plates, paper towels, etc.). The fridge was a bit small, but worked for a short stay. The bed was somewhat comfortable, pillows too soft for my liking. I did not try the breakfast, as I am dieting, but it smelled good in the lobby area, and it was very popular. I did not try out the gym, but it looked serviceable. The pool is currently closed for renovation.

Great Location, came for a few night with wife for halloween

The staff are all friendly and I am always satisfied staying here every time I come on a business trip. Breakfast is also pretty good. I recommend it

The hotel room is large, with a large refrigerator, sink, knives and cutting board. There is also a microwave. Transportation is also convenient, with Walmart nearby. The room was clean and the service staff was friendly. There are relatively few seats for breakfast, so it is best to eat before 8 o'clock.

Loved it, only one night, but truly great facility to stay at. Only drawback, it's on RT 17, Hasbrouck Heights NJ, so the surrounding area is a bit noisier than I am used to. That's not a complaint, just an FYI.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. We rented a 2-bedroom suite, and it was very spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette and bathrooms were super clean.

This hotel was surprisingly quiet given the location, minimal noise at night. View of the NY skyline was nice to see. Plenty of parking & the lot was well cleared despite snow/bad weather in the area. Housekeeping was very attentive and friendly. Pillows could be better (personal preference) but I bought an extra @Target to hold me over for the duration of the stay. If the nasty smokers would stay away from the lobby door, it would be great improvement.

Overall excellent Excellent Room spacing, breakfast, cleanliness. Very friendly staff and housekeeping team. I will use the hotel again if needed. Minor issue that I did not like the shower pressure, and the bathtub drainage.

Beautiful room. Plenty of space and clean. Only issue we would say is the temeperature in the room, it was freezing while running and hot when it went off.

Super clean, new and comfy. Only criticism is the noisy highway and they could have better pillows!

Traveling as a family with 2 teens, we enjoyed and would recommend this hotel. This was removed from the NYC area, but not too far removed, and was right next to a gas station with a mini market that was convenient. No cost for parking. There was no pool, but for the space, cleanliness, nice staff, comfort, and price, we would stay again. At the end of every busy day, we all had our own space with two spacious bedrooms and a nice living and dinning area to relax in. The bathrooms looked brand new, very spacious and clean! The kitchenette was great, stocked w/ necessities and we utilized it daily. The beds themselves were comfortable and the black out blinds worked great. Only one of the bedside tables had plug ins for electronics - May have just been our room but we worked around it. Otherwise, plenty of outlets all throughout the hotel room itself. The sofa couch could have used some decorative pillows for sitting when not being used as a bed as it was on the hard side. One of the chairs in the living room had been stitched up in two locations and had stains on its back side which were a little unsightly but it really is the only complaint. The breakfast was good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked that it served breakfast so late till 10am every day! A rarity in our experience, and they never ran out of items. Both tables we sat at for breakfast time had some sticky spots from syrup but I always carry sanitizing wipes on trips.

Great access to major highways, making it very easy to get to. The same highways are audible, but less active at night.

I am rating this hotel so low for the reason that they have a loudly machine running 24 hours a day, so it’s okay during the daytime BUT it becomes extremely uncomfortable when you want to sleep. Plus the loudly noise, the walls vibrates as the machine runs. No good sleep due to this issue.no matter how great this hotels is, because it is, this issue rate it not as good as it should be.

Best stay ever! It felt like a comforting home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the curtains by the couch made it perfect for remote work. Everything was better than our previous experiences at other hotels for us. Plus, we had control over the temperature, and the internet connection was excellent.
