Exceptional service. Sheets and bathroom were clean but floor had a scrunchie from a previous person on the floor with crumbs.

TV didnt work came in and tried to fix it and it didnt work then moved me from a king room to a two queen bed room with a handicap shower not pleased with the experience

Nice place. The only complaint is the train noise during the night but there is not really anything the hotel can do about that.

The property was very clean and kept in tip top condition. It comes across as a new facility. Highly recommend- rooms are spacious and meticulous kept clean.

Nice room and comfortable. We were able to check in early and really liked the location on top of the hill. The front desk young woman was short with us when we arrived, but the breakfast attendants were fantastic and breakfast was above average. Murphy’s next door was excellent as well.

The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.

Our room was spacious and super practical. Loved having a separate wet bar outside the bathroom. The rooms are a bit under-decorated but that doesn’t bother me at all. The hotel was clean and quiet and our 2 young boys loved that we got a view of the trains down below. The water slide was a bonus and parking was easy. The only things I would change would be to add hot oatmeal to the breakfast and to add another towel bar in the bathroom. There was not enough hooks for all our towels which is minor but would be a simple fix. We absolutely will stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Check in was smooth and quick. The lobby and room were clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful! Breakfast and the gal working in the dining room were great! Overall, this is one of the best places we stayed while on our trip.

I usually stay at this hotel when i go back home to Havre to see family, nice hotel but you have a room on the track side its noisy most of tbe night, get ear plugs

Our stay can be described as anything but what we have come to expect from Best Western... the room was ok, nothing exceptional,.. the noise of kids and people running up and down the hall way with slamming doors well past midnight. There was another guest already at the front counter inquiring about having them address the issue.. not sure anything was done as it continued through most of the night.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, immaculate room and hallways. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. So clean!

Great atmosphere and great place to stay

The staff went above and beyond to get me moved to the ground level. They had great customer service. The hotel is very clean.
