Very nice staff with the great location. This is the second time back to this hotel in this month. The staff member named Jesus who is very friendly to provide the best assistance. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. Definitely, we will be back again and again to visit My DAUGHTER AT UCR.

I stay here often and today was not a good day there was blood on my towel my sheets did not get changed. Very unhappy will never stay here agian. And whe I talked to the front desk they acted like the didn’t care.

Kevin assumed my partners gender and would not open the correct bathroom for them. They also refused to acknowledge my partner at check in. Later denied additional pillows.

I really like that there were 4 different food obtions available. Plus a full gas station with more eateries and ice cream directly next door.

Super clean. Basic room but friendly staff. Got there later in the night and check in was easy. Quiet and I didnt notice any unsavory characters and felt good about my vehicle in the parking lot. Not the ritz but it honestly exceeded my expectations.

I loved the way they thought about the nightlight In the bathroom And how everything was just so convenient And easy to get to

The property was beautiful and clean. I had an issue with the guest upstairs as they had children running and jumping at 12am. The staff did everything they could to ask them to be quiet but unfortunately due to the children not listening my husband and I had to move rooms at almost 1 in the morning. This was unfortunate but they did get us a new room.

Hotel itself is pretty nice and clean. Unfortunately we didn’t get any sleep cuz the people above was partying all night until 5:00 in the morning. There was no one to address the problem.

I enjoyed and appreciated the consistent Holiday Inn Express hospitality... thank you this holiday season!

Excellent stay. Place is clean and well maintained. Front office checkin staff very friendly even cleaning staff was amicable. I’d stay here again.

Wonderful! From receptionist to super comfortable room with high end pillows and Dove products in the bathroom ... everything is amazing!

Check in was simple and quick. Customer service at all times with different staff was wonderful. Hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you

The breakfast has very limited selections. The worker stayed in the ktichen chatting all morning. No one cleans up or even refilling the empty coffee or hot water dispenser. Front desk person is also missing in the am. I come quite often as I visit my kid at UCR. Fairfield next door is a much better choice
