Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach Reviews

Great service. Great location. It’s a small resort, but fits the location. One downer is the breakfast buffet wasn’t to our usual Four Seasons standards.

Best thing about this four seasons is its people and service level, which is top notch. Also a great spa and tasty food at Flories. More than other four seasons we have visited recently I believe this one desperately needs a cosmetic renovation, both to the rooms and to the outside. To bring it into 2024. For palm beach, i would have expected a better more modern and fresh feeling hotel. Unfortunately, it falls short on that front.

Impeccable in service front guest, hospitality and staff. Grounds are kept beautiful. We will be back .

Everything was perfect except the food. Kind of mediocre

Everything was exceptional. From the rooms to the staff, this is a true five-star establishment. The pool and ocean views are perfect.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful property right on the ocean. The service was impeccable and all the staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and accommodating, especially Chrissie at the front desk and Haci and his team for pool service. Will be back!

For a 5-star hotel, it is unbelievable that they don't have enough chairs and umbrellas for all the guests and the staff's answer was "any hotel on the four of July is going to be the same...

This was easily the best and most restorative vacation of my life and that was because this hotel was elite.

A beautiful resort/location. The pool is amazing. Every single staff person greeted us with “hello”, even if just walking by.

Property is older and our floor smelled like a Barbeque Restaurant.
