Second worse experience with a stay in Constance - after Ibis Budget last year. Good location when using public transportation. Room not clean after check in. At check in front desk woman said there is no room free anymore. I needed to complain a lot. Housekeeping just did the job at 3rd day! Mr. Mentor was amazing. He helped me to get my room and helped this incompetent front desk staff to get me checked in.

The hotel was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences. There was no kettle or water boiler in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby every time I wanted coffee or tea. In the evening, the coffee machine area was closed, and I had to ask the reception to open it. Sometimes the staff were not available or were busy, which made it difficult. On one occasion, I had to leave the hotel and buy coffee from a nearby coffee shop. It would be much more convenient if there were kettles in the rooms or if the coffee machine were accessible at all times.

I booked hotel 2 days in advance with full payment and at the time of check-in they denied and said no rooms are available. I was standing on road with my wife and kid and no courtesy shown by hotel staff. Terrible hotel, terrible staff
