The room is very satisfied, clean and tidy, everything is readily available and cost-effective. The host is also nice, in short it is a very satisfying experience! I will come back sometime soon.

小區門洞處雜亂比較臟，電梯一打開，樓道的垃圾雜物堆放的拿行李過不去，還是我們自己把廢棄的沙發推開，才得以通過，這些都忍了，後來進屋後，發現實際情況和圖片也很不相符，雖然陳設相同，但是傢俱已經用過好多年，部分表皮脱落，抽屜合不上，打掃不仔細導致傢俱上有灰塵，最後自己動手擦，部分牆壁存在污漬，這是我們出行的第一家民宿，也是遊玩近半個月時間以來，體驗最差的一家民宿！

交通方便，旁邊就是地鐵，房子很新，衞生也很不錯，住着蠻舒服的，房東服務周到，相關説明也很清楚。

整體不錯，但是也有一些瑕疵。這次保潔顯然沒有打掃準備好，毛巾沒有準備好，然後馬桶沒有清潔乾淨，還有上一位房客使用後的印記，這點是最讓我難受的。其次是廚房的廚具比較破舊了，僅適合簡單對付一下，不適合大展廚藝。另外就是空調感覺制熱效果一般，房間裏吹了很久才暖和起來，結果就是超過了免費用電度數，私以為冬天這個度數還是有點少。
