Super location, breakfast ok. Our room did not have a window (not a big deal)

Service was good.Location is good as well. Luggage can be stored. Convenient and more choices of food in the vicinity

The room is spacious. The breakfast is rich. There is a shopping mall outside the front desk. Below the shopping mall is the train station. You can buy train tickets by yourself. For tips on buying license plates, please refer to my **.

When I checked in, there was a lady at the front desk who was very friendly and gave me chocolates. The breakfast was also good. The hotel is right above the train station, so it is very convenient for transportation, food and shopping......

Sokos is a chain hotel brand in Helsinki. Tripla, this Sokos is located in the Tripla area 1.5km away from the city center (4 minutes by train). The hotel is located in a large Tripla Mall, and the train station is downstairs. shopping is very convenient. The hotel has a very rich breakfast, but the shortcomings are also obvious. The room is very small, and the desktop and the floor are dusty. No one has vacuumed it for a long time. When I came back from the first day, I found that the room was not tidied up, and the garbage and bathroom towels were gone. To clean up, call the front desk and say that we didn't put up the "Please clean the room" sign, which is very inconsistent with Helsinki, which is clean and tidy everywhere.

Had a pleasant stay at Sokos Tripla. Worked out really well in winter conditions as I was in meetings in the office parts of Tripla. Decent sized room, clean, modern and fresh. Standard breakfast, nothing more nothing less. Heard from travel companions that the sauna and training facilities were good as well.

Outside of city centre but surrounded by shopping mall and train/bus station. Standard clean room 199 e. , no mini bar or room service, but near by shops and restaurants mainly closing at 9 or 10 pm at Mo-Thu, so if arriving late you can get soda from automat in reception area. Breakfast nice, exept coffee was bad

Sauna and gym were good, beds and breakfast also. Not so much space in our room

This is one amazing hotel, with fabulous beds that are electrically adjustable, amazing facilutuesxand a buffet breakfast with the widest choice and excellent quality. Great location too u der cover from the station and within the shoping mall.

The rooms are spacious, clean. The hotel gym is very good and the breakfast buffet is excellent, there is a lot to choose from. The location is very uninspiring. The hotel is by a busy railway station, and a shopping mall that has all of the basic shops but which is uninspiring too.
