Just returned back to UK after a wonderful 14 nights in Serene River Villa, apart from the odd tropical storm everything was perfect! From being collected and being returned to the airport everything was very efficiently cared for by Thao and Hoa ('Flower' in English!), the breakfasts were amazing (we had fried egg/bacon/baguette/fruit/smoothies/coffee) but the choice is yours, whatever you prefer! Nice big bed, mini fridge, aircon, good wifi, safe, balcony, bedding and towels changed regularly, cycles available, and anything you may need can be arranged. We cycled to (what is left of) the beach most days, and also into town a couple of times without problems. If we return to Vietnam we will certainly stay here again. Many thanks, John & Glenda.

One of the highlights of our travels in Vietnam was staying here. Hoang was incredibly welcoming, kind and generous! He also had a sense of humour which was brilliant. His family is lovely, as is his guesthouse. The room had everything you needed, and we were very pleased. Shortish walk to town centre and they even offer free bikes to customers to use. Hoang was really lovely and very attentive and really tried hard to make sure we had a relaxing stay. He recommended us to his sisters tailor (Remys) which was great fun and also a great tailors! 100% would recommend staying here.

The hostel is like a 3 star hotel. Only three people in each room. Breakfast was excellent. Vlise enough to the Old Town. A twenty minute walk. You can rent a bicycle too. They will book tours and ride to the airport as well. Extended my stay for another 3 days.

The owner was so accommodating and very kind. It feels like you are away from home but at the same time you are home in their homestay. They even prepared us banana pancakes and Vietnamese coffee. And her daughter was always on the rescue whenever we have an inquiry. They clean your room everyday and it was near Hoi An old town snd night market. We definitely recommend this place! Two thumbs up!

Very good 👍! The location is quiet and the flowers on the balcony are beautiful! same as the picture! The backyard is an orange garden! I am very much looking forward to going again, sorry, but forgot to comment in time! I don’t speak the language but it’s good to play and eat !

2019年夏にオープンしたばかりの新しいプチホテルです。 家具、寝具、調度品はほぼ新しく清潔なものがそろっています。 ベットも新しいので最高の快眠でした。 オーナー夫妻はとてもフレンドリーで家族のように大事に扱ってくださいました。 行きたい場所などを尋ねると、ルートや費用、良いお店などもおしえてくださいました。 奥様は英語ができます。私の片言の英語でも英国の流暢な英語もどちらも理解していただけます。 朝食は事前に時間と食べたいもの申告しておくとベストです。 ローカルフードをお願いすると、野菜たっぷりのヘルシーなフォー バナナパンケーキや目玉焼き、ベトナム風焼きそばなども いただきました。 どれも新鮮な材料で料理されていて美味しいです。 １Fのキッチンには電子レンジ、オーブン、冷蔵庫、食器など 好きなものを使用することができます。 １Fのキッチンには浄水器がついているので、わざわざお水を購入することなく水が飲めます。 部屋は２スタイルあり、１ベットルーム(Wサイズ以上）、２ベットルーム（キッチン付き）があります。 各部屋には最新式のミストシャワー、トイレは手動ウォシュレット 洗面台は大理石仕様で大きな鏡がついています。 湯量と温度は問題ありません。洗面でもお湯がでます。 ガーデンビューは道路側、プールビューは水路側です。 プールやテラスなどはオーナーに声をかければいつでも利用できます。プールサイドも風が心地よく気持ちよく読書などできます。 右隣は夜飲食店なので、ガヤガヤしていますが、 これは治安がよい感じのお店です。 そちらでお酒を飲んでも楽しいと思います。 飲み物のお店は左隣にあります。 ミニマート(コンビニ)、バインミーのパン屋さん、銀行(ATM）、薬局、フォーのお店が徒歩５分ぐらいの交差点にあり便利です。 キッチンで料理する場合は、ブルーマーケットで食材はそこでほぼそろいます。日本人に食べやすいイタリアンレストランも近隣にあります。 少し離れたところにあるVinmartというコンビニは日用品からかっとフルーツまで売っていて価格表示がありPOSレジなので、 安心して買い物しやすいです。 無料レンタルの自転車があるのでどこにでも行けます。 旧ホイアン市街地、ビーチなど自転車で１５分ぐらいです。 観光客の多い旧ホイアンに宿泊するよりも のんびりしていてとてもよいです。 スパ天国のホイアンですが、ホテル系列のNa-Spaはおすすめです。 ラグジュアリーなのに安心価格で施術もすばらしかったです。 オーナーに予約をしてもらえば、すぐ利用することができます。 ミーソン遺跡、五行山もホイアンの方が近いです。 普段、都心で生活している人は ダナンよりホイアンの方がさらに癒されると思います。 this new puti-hotel just opened in the summer of 2019. The furniture, bedding and furnishings are almost new and clean. Bet's spring is new. I had the best sleep. The owners were very friendly and treated me like a family. When I asked them where I wanted to go, they told me the route, the cost, and the good shops. The owner's wife speaks English well. She understands both poor English and fluent English. It is best if you inform them in advance of breakfast time and what you want to eat. When you order local food, you can eat healthy banana pancakes or fried eggs or Vietnamese fried noodles or phos with lots of vegetables These are all cooked with fresh ingredients and are delicious. In the kitchen on the 1st floor, you can freely use a microwave, oven, refrigerator, and tableware. The kitchen on the 1st floor has a water purifier so you can drink water without purchasing water. The rooms in this hotel have two styles There are 1 bed room (bed larger than W size) or 2 bed room (with kitchen). Each room has a state-of-the-art mist shower and toilet with manual washlet and wash basin with marble specifications and large mirrors. There is no problem with the amount of water and the temperature. The garden view is on the road side and the pool view is on the waterway side. Pools and terraces are always available if you ask the owner. The poolside also has a nice breeze and I can read comfortably. The restaurant on the right is a restaurant at night, so it's shaky, This is a shop that feels safe. I think it is fun to drink alcohol there. Drink shops are on the left.
