Little House Town Villa

Hoi An Ancient Town
The room is small but very comfortable. You need to take off your shoes to enter the hall. The boss is super nice. He helped to book the ticket to Nha Trang on the next day, and also helped me change the room and charged a little fee. It means that the hot water for bathing at night is big and small. I even accidentally left the hats I bought in Hoi An at his house.

Hoi An Ancient Town
Ni Nu Homestay, Deluxe Double Room with ”Balcony” (#N3), 2 nights: Pros: 😀 Spacious room and bathroom. 😀 Great price (about $28/night). 😀 Best shower we've had in Vietnam (of 4 hotels). 😀 Sufficient A/C. 😀 More than enough hot water. 😀 Comfortable, firm king bed. 😀 Front desk doesn't hold passport. 😀 Short walk to historic old town. Cons: ☹️ No in-room safe. ☹️ Skimpy bath towels. ☹️ No hand towel, shower mat or facial tissue. ☹️ Can hear neighbors talking through the wall. 🤔 Our ”balcony” was really a spacious shared covered porch with ashtrays; seemed all balconies only had view of alley. ☹️ No place to put luggage except floor. ☹️ Bathroom mirror not above sink (makes shaving very awkward). ☹️ Indirect bathroom sink lighting. ☹️ Neighborhood is bit noisy (probably everywhere near old town). ☹️ Room needs to be locked from inside using the key (emergency hazard). Note: Hoi An Old Town is little more than a huge (albeit scenic) souvenir mall. Evenings are more crowded than Times Square; I can only imagine how it will be when people from China start to travel again. Don't expect a very quaint, relaxing atmosphere here!
Vinci Villa Hoi An

Hoi An Ancient Town
Had a good stay here. Vincent the owner really makes the stay in Hoi An really comfortable. He told us where to go and advised accordingly when we had questions. The price for this place is second to none. Having travelled throughout south east Asia this js probably the best place I have stayed in terms of value for money and quality in return. We also booked trips through Vinci Villa and everything was perfect. My only small snag and this is very small is that the air con units in the room could have been bigger to cover the capacity of the area of the room. The room sizes are huge.

Our group contacted Coco Viet Homestay for 1 day short. Need a few urgent shots. Sister and owner enthusiastically explain how the booking process and the potential of the group will have a room or not. This kind of customer service I think, if I don't take a room cuzng, I will miss this place for the next time. Fortunately, the group got a room. Arrived, met the owner very enthusiastically. Every room is clean, spacious and airy - not smelly in the smoke season. A few spacious with a balcony. Each room has a different decoration but has a same theme - retro, classic and elegant - the colors integrated together are very eye-catching. The owners only have many places with our group to visit Hoi An ancient town, delicious places - local restaurants, and a few typical tourist attractions - such as Cu Lao Cham, bars. Peaceful Hoi An street. The city is a rich place with historical - the group said that they will definitely come back 1 day soon. Thank you to the owners at Coco Viet Homestay for helping our group have a clean and beautiful place to think of; so that we can take the responsibility and realize many charms of Hoi An. The fun stories with the owners, our group will not forget. Hope we can meet again in the near future.
