It's a small room, but clean, and the location is good, easy to find.

It’s on the great location, easy to access to most attractions . 10 mins walk to west Kowloon (Austin station), right next to temple street. Lots local food restaurants downstairs. And very reasonable price, we booked 4 beds room, the boss kindly upgrade to 5 bedrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff..would definitely booked again in future if we visit hongkong ❤️thank you for the host .

Surprisingly i enjoyed my stay here.I have 16 hours layover in hongkong and decided to stay in a budget room. I wasn’t expecting that much for the price but the room is clean and comfy. Everything that I need is close. The man managing the place is nice and helpful.

Very clean room. We were a group of 3 and had a great sleep. It was also very quiet. The room is not very big, but that’s what you expect in Hong Kong with a small budget. The hotel staff was super nice and accommodating. Even after check out. Can recommend fully.

Average if you just need a few days to stay. Nothing special but no complaints. Friendly staff and location is near temple street market and 7/11.

This is a good budget option if you plan to watch games at Hong Hong Coliseum and go for sightseeing at Victoria Harbour. There are several traditional dim sum restaurants within 5 mins walk. MTR station is quite close. It may take 7-10 mins if you walk to the station. The host is helpful. The entire environment is determined by the history of the building, but the room is compact and cozy.

Absolutely horrible place. The window faced sewage, lots of cockroaches. I couldn't stay there, had to book another hotel. The owners promised to return the money, but never did. Avoid at all costs!

Clean room with window, but not really daylight came in. HK rooms in downtown are most times far too small, shower over toilet, it was still a good choice among the bad hotel options

We're happy with our stay in this hotel. Super friendly and helpful staff. They provided with complimentary water for all 5 of us everyday and even let us to leave the luggage when flight was delayed. Hotel placed in very good location amidst of bustling life of Hong Kong - street food, flashy stores, the highest end malls, tourist attractions and bus/metro/ferry stops. Room is just like the photo.

The room was small but was clean. And the location was good, it is near the mtr, bus stop, 7-11 and temple street night market.

Our staycation in Hongkong at Asia Travel house was very fit to our plan. The caretaker can speak in English ,cool and easy to approach for additional favor. The room not so big but for those traveler which in budget for 5 persons which is recommendable. Although the toilet was small and have a neutral smell but it is still recommended for staycation for budget family.

For the price this would have been fine for my purposes if it had been clean, but I was disappointed in this aspect. While the sheets were cleaned they were a bit stained. The toilet actually had little mites running all over it when I arrived and for the duration so I obviously didn't sit on it at any point and tried to shut off the area. The whole place needs a good scrub as it was grimy, particularly around the shower-toilet-sink. Also, when I was lying in bed I found something from the ceiling was dripping on me intermittently presumably from a room above ( I informed staff about this as they were not aware there was a problem); the drips were in the area where the pillow is, so obviously this affected how I had to sleep to avoid it going on my face..The room itself feels a bit like a large cupboard as there is no window / small student room but it could have been ok.There is nowhere to put your clothes but I was expecting this and I managed ok. Fortunately I could fit on the bed but if you're over 6ft then you won't fit. The staff were actually very pleasant and the location is very handy with easy transport links. Having said that, the (dirty) stairwell on the way up to the room has signs reminding people ' do not defecate', which is something I've not ever seen before and was a bit if a shock,, and there was one day when I got to the bottom of the stairs only to be greeted by a rat running past my feet. The people working here are obviously just trying to make a simple living and they are pleasant, but the whole stay could be much more pleasant if the cleanliness of the room and the stairwell area could be improved.

We arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of April 24. The owner's surname is ****. The reception service is warm and hospitable. The hotel is a family-style hotel on Nathan Road, which is very convenient for transportation and shopping. Although the guest rooms are a bit small, they are basically fully equipped and clean. We went out to play during the day and only slept at night, so we booked the accommodation based on cost-effectiveness. Due to the new regulations in Hong Kong, the previously free mineral water and toothbrush and toothpaste for washing and brushing are now required to be paid by ourselves, but the owner did not charge us when we checked out. The overall evaluation is excellent!
