Everything is good. The location is not far from the palace, but I don't feel that the hotel has the style of a "Grand Duke" home. It's not that special. If you want to stay because of the location and if you want to experience a special hotel, this hotel is not very outstanding.

Beautiful hotel, warm and considerate service staff, delicious breakfast, great location, within walking distance to the Royal Palace of Madrid, Puerta del Sol, and even Retiro Park. The car rental company has a store in the underground garage of Plaza de España. You can pick up the car there. It's only a 500-meter walk, everything is perfect, and it's worth coming back. That day I went to the rooftop swimming pool and unexpectedly met a handsome foreigner waiter who spoke Mandarin better than me😄. There was also a Chinese girl in the restaurant who was enthusiastic and capable; if the price is acceptable, there is nothing to worry about.

Anyone who knows European hotels knows that the rooms are relatively small, but the hotel service is good and it is very convenient to go to various places.

The environment of the hotel is very good. The lobby, restaurant, and garden are all elegantly and meticulously decorated, but the room is a bit crowded for us as a family of three, and the room facilities are average. My favorite is the restaurant, both indoor and outdoor, the restaurant environment and food are of high quality. In addition, the location is very good, very close to the main attractions in the old city (Madrid Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol, Plaza España), ten minutes walk, but please pay attention to driving, this is a restricted area in the old city. The service is good, the waiters are very warm and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very good, with many restaurants and 5 minutes from the Royal Palace of Madrid. The alley behind looks like Chinatown, with Chinese supermarkets and restaurants. The service was also good. I had breakfast for four days. My children loved the Turros Spanish churros.

A hotel full of aristocratic a**osphere

The room was nice and the environment was very good, but I arrived in the morning and had to wait until nearly five o'clock in the afternoon to clean up the room and check in. It was also a room for disabled people. There was no block in the shower and the bathroom was filled with water after use.

This hotel has an excellent cost-benefit ratio. It is in very good condition and has very comfortable rooms, but without a doubt what I like the most about this hotel is the friendly, efficient and very attentive staff! I have been to all the best hotels of Madrid and I can say that, because of the professional and very high quality level of service this is my hotel of choice in Madrid. World class service.

Great location and excellent staff but room was dated and amenities were limited (didn't even provide water) for the price we paid. Carpet also looked like it could use a food cleaning. We also got an accessible room even though we didn't ask for one. Quite disappointed.

Very high end property, in the middle of the city. Right next to the Palace. Great restaurants near by. The staff was excellent, very friendly and kind.After a long day in the city go back to hotel and soak in the free standing tub in your room. Wonderful place.

Excellent and very helpful staff. We flew in from United States and they went out of their way for early checkin, which made our stay super comfortable. Very personalized care and experience. Location is perfect.

Staff lovely. Beautiful property and large rooms. The immediate area is not upscale. Very touristy and crowded.
