Overall a good stay. However, would be great if there was a self serve washer / dryer
My flight to Hk was delayed but thankfully Figo has 24/7 check in and also was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade. The hotel was in a shared building and had dedicated floors. The small gym is quite nice and lounge area has some free drinks and apparently a daily happy hour. The actual room was decent sized for HK but it had a damp smell to it although the AC worked well. Some of the pillow cases had some stains but I just used other ones. Location was good for easy commute to Sheung Wan MRT, Macau Ferry, A11 airport bus stop and also very walkable to Central shops. There’s a great coffee shop nearby called “Clean” which uses Oatly by default for their latte type drinks. Overall would recommend.

The room and services are very nice. The location is convenient. You can walk to the Sheung Wan MTR. There is also a bus stop at the door that can take you to various places in Central and Wan Chai. There was a small problem with the sewerage in the guest room in the first two days. After feedback, the service staff immediately helped us upgrade our room to a larger suite. , free drinks in public spaces, so convenient, I will stay at Feige next time I go!

룸 컨디션이 좋고 위치도 좋은 호텔이에요. 리셉션에서 맥주와 음료수와 작은 과자를 무제한으로 제공하는것이 너무 좋았습니다.

For Hong Kong, there is a small hall before entering the room. This suite is already very good. I didn't check in until 1 o'clock in the evening. It would be a waste to check out right after sleeping. The check-in of the small hotel is on the fourth floor, and the sign downstairs is not clear. In fact, the entire building does not belong to this hotel. It is just an ordinary residence with several floors converted into this small hotel. There is also a rest area next to the lobby on the 4th floor. Drinks and coffee are free, which is actually very good. The room is generally clean and there is enough space for one or two people. However, the air conditioner is very noisy. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep, so I had to turn off the air conditioners in the living room and the room. Fortunately, it wasn't midsummer yet. There is a big bug in the design of the room. There is a glass window in the bathroom, but it is just covered with a frosted film. As soon as the sun comes out, the room becomes translucent after 6 o'clock. this. . . All right!
The hotel is near Sheung Wan, about ten minutes from the MTR station. It is very convenient for eating and shopping in the surrounding area. The hotel took the initiative to upgrade the room type for us, with a hall; the total area is about 20 more. The room facilities are relatively new and complete; there is a public lobby, terrace and free drinks on the 4th floor; this is the first time I have tried this kind of B&B style hotel in Hong Kong

It was my first time to check in. The front desk service was polite and enthusiastic, and ordering takeout was very convenient. However, it was not worth the price of more than 1,000 yuan. It felt like there were more sublet apartments than hotels, which is very Hong Kong style!

We have been looking for a good, clean hotel in Hong Kong for a very long time. Most of them received reviews along the lines of: bedbugs, dirt, unpleasant smell - and all this for a high price. So we prepared for the worst.
We were very pleased with this hotel. Everything was quite clean and pleasant. The room has everything you need: shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, bathrobes, hair dryer, slippers. The shower has very good pressure and the water can be turned on very hot. I purchased a Netflix account on my TV. In February the room was a little cold, but we didn't try to turn on the air conditioning for heating. By European standards, the room was a little small and had low ceilings, but this is a normal situation for Hong Kong.
The hotel has a cool common area with drinks and snacks. The hotel also has a happy hour with free wine for hotel guests. The staff is very friendly, and we were also allowed to pay a deposit in cash in US dollars ($200 for 3 nights).
The location is great, very good area for walking. There are many cafes, bus, tram and metro nearby. In most cases, you can pay for travel on public transport by card (we paid with Turkish and Vietnamese cards), but once the payment did not go through.
A bit pricey compared to Bangkok, Singapore and Malaysia where we've stayed previously, but I guess that's normal for Hong Kong.
