Reviews of Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Horsham - Welsh Rd

To start with, there was never anyone at the front desk. You usually had to call out for assistance. There were no “Hellos” or even a smile from the front desk. The kitchenette floor was filthy and sticky. The smells in the elevator and stairway were a mix of cigarettes, sour milk and B.O. 3 TV remotes were needed to finally get one that worked. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash to the basement. People smoking pot in the hallway. The room was never cleaned, we had to exchange our towels ourselves to get clean ones. We requested an additional pillow, but were told that they “were short on pillows,” so we could not get another pillow. I felt like I was staying at a halfway house. I would not recommend this hotel.
