We arrived at the hotel around 10 AM on Friday. Since the room wasn't ready yet, we stored our luggage at the front desk and set off to explore Huangshan with just our essentials. At that time, I added Xin Yu, our hotel concierge, on WeChat. Xin Yu sent us a lot of very useful information about the sunrise and sunset in the scenic area, as well as hotel details, which I really appreciated. After finishing our hike through the West Sea Grand Canyon, we checked in around 5 PM. The room was very clean and cozy. There were two down jackets provided in the room for guests watching the sunrise. Since I had a child with me, I specifically asked concierge Xin Yu for an additional one. Xin Yu was patient and friendly, handling my request promptly, and the down jacket was delivered to our room very quickly. Our stay was quite comfortable, and breakfast was also very good. Overall, Beihai Hotel is definitely worth a stay.

The boss is very nice and can take care of pick-up and drop-off, which is very cheap when combined with accommodation. We were also given sesame cakes.
