After a little mishap upon arrival with our shower being broken- the staff more than made us feel welcome, heard & went above and beyond to not only fix the issue, but to make sure we had the best stay possible.
All staff very kind- wanting to help.
Food, very good, both breakfast & we got room service late twice- which was very nice & came fast considering the time we ordered it.
Gym on site & pool too! We stayed in the suite & it was amazing- the views & bath/ shower are certainly worth the upgrade!
In a great location & the staff really go above what is needed to make your stay fantastic. Will be returning for sure.

Hotel was a bit on the old side but the room was spacious and clean, and the front desk ladies very helpful. View is amazing, especially with windows making up the entire wall of the room! Extremely convenient to get to Hue Station, just a 10 minute walk.

This hotel does not meet the level of a four-star hotel at all. The air conditioner is not even cool. Such a small air conditioner is used in such a large room, and the weather in China and Vietnam is very hot. Do you want to make people heat to death?
Then the hot water is very small and the shower head doesn't work. Everything is quite bad. I don't recommend this hotel. I hope you don't come here.

The room is large.
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Good, especially the breakfast buffet restaurant on the 9th floor. You can see the whole Hue city, and next to it is Ho Chi Minh's alma mater high school. The swimming pool is currently being repaired so bathing is not possible. The hotel should make a note to let people know not to bring swimsuits because they think they can use them. The air conditioner needs to be maintained and cools faster, the room cools a bit slowly.
There was a note in the room with a menu to see what food to order to bring to the room, but I couldn't find it.
