Perfect location. Delicious food. Amazing view and very friendly staff.

Wi-Fi was very intermittent and slow. 
Only one elevator worked. Refrigerator was noisy. 

Ibague is not the prettiest town, but an ok stopping point. 

Very well located and easy to go to places in the surrounding area. great breakfast and views and connected to a mall   

Great stay. It was only for one night and felt welcome. Breakfast was great! Lots of options to choose from. And service was really pleasant

They made a mistake and charged us twice and they are inefficient. 

Superb and excellent staff.  Friendly, proactive.  Breakfast menu selection very good, best omelette so far in any Colombian hotel so far.  Great views, safe area.

Amazing place to stay in Ibague. Hotel is in a great location, modern, clean, well organized and staffed by most amazing, professional and hard working people (all deserving of a raise)  Paula, Yeisson, Yessica, Johanner and many others are truly a great team. After staying for a couple weeks, I feel like I left a bunch of friends behind. I cant imagine for a better place to stay in Ibague and hope to be back soon. Couldnt recommend staying here more. Thank you bunches, Love you guys!

How you stayed for a week on this hotel. I just gonna say that it was fabulous. I stay with my family and he’s very nice when you can go easily to the gym, to the shopping mall, the area near to the hotel is very good. The bathroom it was very nice, the swimming pool has a great view. The food for buffet is very good, good quality.

Excellent service and breakfast, also very good location! The staff is friendly and breakfast very rich, the only thing is that the restaurant closes at 10 pm, then there are no late night snacks, but it was a wonderful experience, I would come back again!
