This is a very good hotel in what we felt was a great location. Check in was smooth with a glass of cava provided. Staff were helpful but keen to ‘up sell’ on what has been booked. As we’d been delayed and late arriving we found this a bit irritating and unnecessary as we really just wanted to go to bed! Room was on the small side and fairly basic but very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a great shower and a nice balcony overlooking the main entrance. This meant there was some noise from coaches dropping off / picking up and taxis returning late at night but to be expected. Room was cleaned daily to a high standard with fresh towels/bedding provided. We were B&B and the breakfast was excellent every day with plenty of extremely helpful staff and an abundance of excellent food. Pool area is nice but overcrowded with sun beds so we went to the beaches instead which were amazing. There’s a few in walking distance. Ferry service from Cala Pada just round the coast is great. We walked the path into Santa Eulària and Es Cana which is breathtaking and fairly easy (albeit would recommend wearing trainers and to take a bottle of water as it’s tiring on a hot day!). A real real shame the deck on the water is not in use. Would be gorgeous to eat or have drinks here. Looks a bit scruffy not in use - no explanation why it’s out of action. All in all we had a great stay albeit were not in the hotel much besides sleeping and eating breakfast.

Wow, wow, wow, this was exactly what we needed, all the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, a very fun and luxurious week away. To name just a few, Jonathon, Pamela, dianna, Luz, Samuel, Patrick, C Gustavo, Katarina, Carmen, Thank you for being so friendly and lovely, I also had a massage with Ana, which was just perfect, Never been to such a clean hotel, and from a non drinker, the all inclusive element was great value for money. 10/10

First impressions really good, we checked in around 11pm, greeted with a glass of Cava, and a very welcome meal, which to our surprise had been prepared for our arrival. The staff were all attentive and professional, nothing was too much trouble. Evening entertainment was excellent. Complimentary cocktails and ice creams were a very nice touch. We were half board, breakfast and evening meals were excellent. A shout out to Noelia at breakfast, always a happy smiley face and very professional,ensuring we weren't without a drink. The hotel was immaculately clean, nice pool area with plenty of good quality sun beds and complimentary towels. Room cleaned daily. Hotel is right on the coastal path, access to a ferry at Pada about 10 minutes away to Santa Eulalia, Ibiza town and Formentera ( well worth a visit) . The more adventurous could walk along the path to Santa Eulalia in about an hour. One small ask.. I down loaded the Iberostar app and had a smart TV in my room showing the hotel. It would be nice to show a list of my bar transactions on my account to keep track.... We will certainly return thank you, once again thank you to every staff member, who made this holiday a really peasant experience. Alan & Gill Johnson

This hotel is fantastic, All the staff are incredibly friendly, and always have a smile on there face, from Breakfast to Sunset, nothing is to much trouble for them, the hotel is very clean, and there is a great choice of food to suit everyone, Thank you to all the staff for making this a lovely and relaxing holiday, Regards Gary & Rachael room 242

We stayed for five nights in May and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we were welcomed with complimentary Cava on arrival. We had booked a pool view room and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. Our room, located above the Chill Bar, offered stunning views across the bay. The hotel’s design and styling are impeccable, featuring many exclusive areas if that appeals to you. The pool area was lovely, with complimentary beach towels that matched the decor. Free cocktails were served during the day, and there was nightly entertainment from 9-10pm at the Chill Bar. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, with coffee delivered to the table, avoiding the need to queue with other guests. Our room was spacious and clean, and when a drawer in our bathroom broke, the chambermaid noticed and had it repaired without us needing to report it. I was particularly impressed with the hotel’s commitment to sustainability and the environment. Each floor had filtered water stations, which we used daily, and the hotel supported National Recycling Day by inviting guests to help pick up rubbish from the neighboring beach. The stunning location just outside Santa Eulalia suited us perfectly as we had hired a car. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely check out other Iberostar hotels.

Sadly was expecting more than we got. Hotel was clean and had what was in the description but not how far outside Saint Eulalia it was. A very long walk or depending on the taxi service at the time a long wait as there is only 1 on this side of the island. Cost was not cheap to get these. There is a coastal pay but it’s quite dangerous unless you go firs walk during the daylight. Food became very boring often cold as not many hot plates around. Tea urns often run out of water and think is dangerous to walk carrying these to your tables. Rooms were beautiful though and staff are very helpful and can’t do enough. We upgraded our package to include the rooftop bar and pool but wasn’t happy with the stairs had to climb down to get to the toilet in your own room as not WC on this level and no lifts either. We have stayed in lots of Iberostar hotels from Mexico to Majorca but sadly this would not be one we would go back to. If you like it to be quiet and you hire a car you may enjoy it better.

Went here last week arrived at about 11.30 checked in and then told we couldn’t get into our room until 3 as the room wasn’t ready I think when you arrive that early your room should be available a lot earlier as we have been up from 2oclck in the morning and all our shorts etc were in the suitcases so had to sit in the sun with the clothes we travelled in other than that the room was very nice and the staff were excellent everyone of them special shout out to Ellis Sophia And Johnathan who were always smiling and happy to help I didn’t get all the names but the staff in this hotel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in keep up the good work .

From the moment we arrived at the Iberostar the service and surroundings were just brilliant. The hotel itself is superb. The cleanest I've ever been in, and that includes some world class hotels! It is well spaced out, lots of different areas for chilling out and sunbathing and has a lovely calm atmosphere. The staff are amazing. So attentive, always smiling and they never stop! They serve drinks at the poolside, to your sunbed, bring snacks and they add a bit of fun too. This hotel has some lovely little touches that make a holiday special too. Free cocktails brought to everyone daily, paella by the pool, shots during entertainment and special decorations made with your blankets in the room. During our stay it was my Husband's birthday and he got a cake in our room and a cute message on the mirror. We contemplated upgrading to star prestige but then decided not to bother and I'm so glad we didn't because it was just so enjoyable being with everyone and we didn't feel we missed out. Plus it meant we didn't feel tied to the hotel every evening as we were half board and they let you do lunch instead of dinner, so some nights we ventured out. There isn't much around the hotel but for €10 you can get a taxi to Santa Eulalia Harbour which is gorgeous with lots of bars and restaurants. Our taxi turned up within 10 minutes of ordering every time. We don't really go back to the same places but we both said we would go back here.

This hotel is a perfect destination for a relaxed holiday, the rooms are comfortable, the views stunning and the service is outstanding. The staff make you feel like at home, always smiling and always here for you. The star prestige area gives you an opportunity to enjoy the rooftop terrace with beautiful views and a snack bar. The food in the restaurant is great and the cleanliness of the whole place is spotless. The sea is just in front of the hotel, the pool area quiet with lots of different sunbeds. There are great activities provided throughout the day, like spinning or yoga. We loved everything about this hotel but the best part is the staff. We would like to thank especially Bass, and the reception team, as well as the management team for all the effort they put to make this hotel work so well. We are very impressed and will be back for sure, also recommend it to everyone who wants to have an unforgettable hotel experience. Thank you for everything!

Great stay! Easy transport (taxi stand right outside of IBZ airport) to hotel & very easy to have front desk call a taxi to get to another area of town. We were upgraded to a room with a private jacuzzi (Star Prestige) and enjoyed the breakfast! Great walking path to visit nearby beaches and the Hippy Market (we visited during the first day it was back open for the season)!

Fabulous adults only hotel. Everything is pristine. The staff are all really lovely. Too many names to mention, so apologies if I didn’t name you personally. Ellis & Kevin in the bar very customer service focused and Carlos & Abraham on reception too.

Amazing holiday! Absolutely cannot fault our stay. Hotel spotless, staff so professional, attentive and friendly. Food lovely. Complimentary drinks and snacks at poolside a lovely touch. Rooms very nice and exceptionally clean, staff go above and beyond expectations. Truly a place to switch off and relax.

An amazing stay ! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so caring, the location is perfect, everything is calm and cute ! The room was very confortable and with an amazing lightning and view. The breakfast was good I love my stay and would definitely go back ! Much as gracias !

My husband and I arrived here on Easter Sunday to overcast skies and strong winds but we were greeted with a welcome drink and a smile from the friendly staff. We are staying in room 524, a side sea view Star Prestige room, on a HB basis. We are having a lovely holiday. The weather has improved daily and we now have a suntan. The hotel is so relaxing. Excellent meals, a clean and comfortable bedroom, (free safe included) and a great view from the balcony. Star Prestige is excellent value. We have stayed in a few Iberostar hotels but this is the first time we decided to upgrade to this service. The rooftop pool is a calm and tranquil space with comfortable sunbeds and an open bar. Alcoholic drinks are available until 7pm but hot drinks and soft drinks until 10pm. Snacks are available twice daily and include small, fresh sandwiches and a delicious sweet treat, such as tarte au citron. Crisps and nuts are always available. The pool is cold but refreshing. If you aren't in Star Prestige, the main pool is also lovely. Seafront location in a quiet, residential area. We have walked into Santa Eulalia (50 mins) and Es Canar is only 20 minutes away on foot. Both can be accessed by a coastal path or along a straight main road with clear footpaths. We took a bus into Ibiza Town which cost about 15 euros for two adults on a return basis. Worth a visit! Santa Eulalia is a really beautiful resort - refined and interesting. It reminds me of Puerto Pollensa in Majorca but it has more to offer. Two sandy bays, a long promenade lined with pleasant cafes and a huge harbour. Please don't hesitate to book this hotel. Every member of staff is friendly and polite. The hotel smells lovely too! We cannot fault our stay. Thank you to everyone. Sad to be leaving tomorrow but I'm sure we will return to this island.
