Terrible!!! I tried to cancel the booking because the appointment we had booked this for was rescheduled, they refused. When I showed up to check in I discovered they had oversold the hotel, so I was downsized into a smaller room. Also, at the last minute we decided to get tickets for the Football game since we were forced to use the booking and unable to cancel, ended up being late because it took so long for them to figure out what they were going to do with us since the hotel was booked and the parking lot was full.

It was very nice. Everything i needed was right there at the hotel. One of the better Marriotts I've stay at.

Good location, the breakfast in the morning was well stacked with options. The rooms are comfortable and have good amenities.

I stay here monthly and consistently wait for check in. No one is at the desk. Stood for minutes today, only to be told that I would have to go around to the other hotel for check in. Maybe put a doorbell people can ring when service is needed. I can appreciate that having someone at the desk all of the time during slow periods is not realistic, but provide a solution.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Great food choices for the free breakfast.

Had to attend cheer competition at the Indy convention center. It was freezing but thankfully we never had to go outside. We went through the JW Marriot via elevator and skywalk to the center.

It was nice because of the hotel people were sweet an kind treated you as if you were not a guest but family. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and easy to get to everything. Tons of scooters always right outside. Parking was terrible, but there were quite a few events going on. The bathroom setup is weird.

Everything was very nice and clean. We stayed here a week ago for a short weekend away from home and decided to come back before an early flight out of Indy. Staff were friendly and helpful both times. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed totally because I cancelled my itinerary 4 days before and I didn't received my refund. How is possible get my money if I didn't received a service

Staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that we tried to go to a restaurant next door & it was permanently closed. My elderly mom can't walk much & it would've been nice to know ahead of time. It was a bit of a walk for her to get to the closest restaurant.

Parking was an utter nightmare. Self park lots full. Wifi was $8 charge and we were not told so,
