Upon arrival the customer service was great. However a couple of hours later the staff became rude and we had to leave.

Good service. The environment is OK

The room was not cleanly. Mold in the shower, toilet plugged, shower head out of the wall, plug ins were broke, wires were hanging out of the walls, sheets were stained, the dead bolt was ripped off and the lock did not work, the employees were rude and did nor care about the customers, and when asking for a refund they got extremely mad and rude and refused to give a refund even after showing proof that our room was atrocious. It was all around an awful place to even be. Do NOT stay here!

Nothing work at breakfast time no juice machine because it was broke both datz pancake machine wasnt working second day. Had cereal but no milk .

The room was nicely updated. We stayed 2 nights both nights I was woken up by arguing in the hall way and doors slamming. Breakfast was lame both days. You either could have cereal toast or pancakes if the machine wanted to work. The hotel was close to everything we were in town to do and we felt safe at the hotel. I probably would stay again if I go to Indy.

The staff was excellent. The room needs repairs in the bathroom. Not thoroughly clean. The walls were thin so noise from the hallway was loud. I would not stay here again. The location of this hotel is great. They should repair and maintain the rooms.

Walls were not well sound proofed and guests were less than quiet. Hotel had a funny odor. Couch and bathmat had stains! towels were clean but thin. It was the NBA Allstar weekend in Indy and choice were limited as all hotels had raised prices accordingly

The room was disgusting!! Stains all over the comforter and couch, trash along the baseboards, hair on towels, some type of liquid running down the door, straws on the floor, spill mark on the walls and electrical outlets. Not to mention homeless people at the entrance to the building trying to get into the building.

I reserved a room at this hotel because it had a pool. I do exercises in the pool while I’m traveling because it’s easier on my joints (arthritis). When I arrived I learned the pool was closed and when I asked for a bill offset, the attendant refused. The room was adequate, but not carefully cleaned—as there was evidence of sloppiness all around. Asked again in the morning about bill offset and was flat out told “no,” with no explanation or apology. Will not return to this property, ever.

It's definitely not the nicest property around there but ya get what ya pay for I suppose at around $65 a night. Definitely some shady characters wandering up and down those halls, hanging around outside. I made sure to lock myself in the room as securely as possible just in case.

Me and my family have been here for over a week and had to even renew our stay longer then thought, that being said they were very accommodating and super sweet

It was a dirty room. We only got one towel one wash rag. Plus we found a cockroach in the bathroom.tried to add a photo but it will not let me.

The hotel was very dirty. The bedding was in terrible condition with cigarettes holes everywhere. Staff was very unfriendly. They assumed that I brought visitors to the hotel to swim but my reservation was for seven.

The property is in terrible condition the room was not clean they was hair an blood stain on the sheets the shower was falling apart and the lining had mold on it the shower was not clean at all
