Hotel Starton am Village Reviews

The room is very simple. There is no elevator. I chose the first floor. The window is the parking space. It is strange for other people's cars to park in front of your window. The hotel is suitable for temporary transition, and it is opposite the discount village. When I checked in, it was a holiday and the entire area was sealed off, and you couldn't even see the windows. . . Therefore, everyone should check the local holiday arrangements before traveling. If the discount village is closed, it will be of little value and make daily life inconvenient.

Perfect hotel experience. I called ahead to say I'd check in late, was told no problem. Upon arrival, the very friendly people there were waiting for me, had pre-printed all of my sign-in paperwork, managed to work around my company's a bit strange booking request system. The place is clean and modern. There's heating on the floor of the bathroom. It does not smell strong, neither perfumed nor like smoke. And moreover, someone cares. I was there in the time before christmas and the decorations were tasteful, clean and awesome. Not gaudy, but noticeable. Breakfast is awesome for the price. There was even salad. I did not have to ask for vegan milk, it was just there. I'd stay there again any time I am in the area.

After long and tiring day at the “Ingolstadt Village” shoppers or business mens, my best advice is to stay in the “Starton Am Hotel” which is located just nearby the village. No need to go anywhere because the Starton is very clean, silent and commodious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In addition to with its reasonable prices it has fabulous breakfast. Me and my wife stayed two night in this hotel. As someone who has visited many countries of the world, I would like to say that Starton Hotel will remain in my memory as my favorite hotel with its beautiful features and wonderful staff.

All good. Nothing special. Room with no a/c and in front of window where parked cars. Couldnt open the window because of that. Breakfast very good and perfect service

Forced into a unplanned 4 night stay due to a motorcycle breakdown. Hotel was clean, modern and quiet. The bed was comfy and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Public transport locally in an evening and on a Sunday is non-existent so getting away from the hotel with no car / motorbike was a challenge. We ended up using the local Tier e-scooters to get around and into Ingolstadt.

Great hotel with top customer service and hospitality. Visited twice, more than happy. Would love to come back soon. Very helpful and friendly staff working on reception desk. Village Center is just around the corner.

Wir haben das Hotel für einen Einkauf im Ingolstadt Outlet Village zu nutzen. Die Lage direkt am Village war dabei ideal. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind vorhanden.

Hotel in sauberem und gutem Zustand. Personal freundlich und kompetent. Die Lage des Hotel passte ausgezeichnet zu unseren Plänen.

Anfangs sehr begeistert vom Service beim Check In. Zimmer und Ausstattung im Preisleistungsverhältnis auch Gut. Beim Frühstück wendete sich jedoch alles. Die Chefin hat uns sehr Arrogant und Überheblich darauf hingewiesen, dass es verboten ist sich einen Kaffee To GO mitzunehmen. Hab ich noch nie in einem Hotel so erlebt.

Unschlagbar für den Preis:-) tolles Frühstück super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Sehr nettes Personal

Prinzipiell ein schönes und angenehmes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Zimmer sauber und nicht abgewohnt wie in manch anderem, vergleichbaren Hotel in der Umgebung. Es war auch nicht mein erster Aufenthalt dort. Vermutlich aber mein Letzter. Beim Auschecken war die Dame am Empfang nicht in der Lage mir eine Rechnung auszudrucken. Kann ja passieren. Mir wurde aber versprochen mir diese noch am selben Tag zuzumailen. Dafür benötigt man keinen Drucker. Das ist leider nicht passiert. Bei meiner Ankunft zuhause, viel mir dazu noch auf, dass ich ein Oberhemd im Hotelschrank hängen lassen habe. Nachdem ich nach rund einer Woche immer noch keine Rechnung erhalten habe, habe ich habe das Hotel telefonisch kontaktiert, um Zusendung der Rechnung gebeten und nachgefragt ob man vielleicht mein Hemd gefunden hätte. Dies wurde mir bestätigt und auch gefragt, ob man mir dieses zusenden solle. Da ich meine nächsten Aufenthalte in Ingolstadt erst für 2024 geplant habe, das Hemd neu war und über € 100,-- gekostet hat, bat ich darum dies zu tun. Meine Rechnung erhielt ich schließlich am selben Tag. Ich teilte dann dem Hotel auch meine private Adresse mit, damit man mir das Hemd zusendet. Bis heute, über einen Monat später, habe ich dieses Hemd nicht erhalten. Eine erneute Mail an das Hotel blieb unbeantwortet. Also werde ich mir für die nächsten Aufenthalte im kommenden Jahr ein anderes Hotel in der Umgebung suchen, in dem man auch nach dem Aufenthalt guten Service erhält.
