"Excellent value for money. The light rail station is conveniently located nearby, just a three-minute shortcut walk away, and Line 4 offers easy access to many attractions in the city center. While the modern decor appeals to younger guests, it might not be ideal for the elderly or young children. In both rooms, guests were unfortunately bumped by the protruding bed corners, and the sharp edges of the mini-fridge cabinet door when opened are quite hazardous. These small design flaws could easily lead to injuries."

"Hotel room was clean and modern. Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha. After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said ”she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her”. As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask? On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was ”Isn't it too late now that I ask her?” The look on her face was a look of annoyance. I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day. Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with racism?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour. If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Please note that if you don't have a Visa card, the security deposit is immediately increased to 100 Swiss Francs or €200, and Mastercard is not accepted for deposit payments. The beds were uncomfortably hard. The on-site restaurant is closed on weekends; while staff mentioned sandwiches and snacks were available at a high price, they actually recommended a nearby pizzeria instead. Pizzas from this pizzeria could be delivered to the room, and we later discovered they could also be enjoyed at the hotel bar. After a poor night's sleep, we decided to check out early the next morning, especially considering breakfast also cost around €32.00 per person."

"Hotel is good, convenient to access by Tram, One disappointment was the cleaning lady opened the door even though we are inside the room resting. I don’t know how they can do it. Even the door was locked. On the second stay i got another room where door lock was not functioning, so check for door safety"

"I am truly grateful for the staff's consideration in accommodating my late check-in. The breakfast was also very delicious. Although the hotel is close to the airport, there is some noise from planes, but compared to other international airports, it is relatively quiet and the frequency of noise is low. I also appreciate the beverage service provided."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just over 200 meters from Zurich Main Station. Turn right out of the hotel, and you're directly on Bahnhofstrasse, with all Old Town attractions easily accessible on foot. If you're planning a visit to ETH Zurich, simply turn left out of the hotel, cross the bridge, navigate to the Polybahn, and it's a quick 5-minute walk to catch the red funicular uphill. We booked for two nights. A nice perk: if you opt out of daily housekeeping service for your second day, you can redeem a complimentary drink from the downstairs bar, one per person. Our room was clean and tidy. The 'Wow' room type offered decent space, allowing us to comfortably open two large suitcases."

"The hotel is just opposite the train station. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel is spacious for three of us and the staff is helpful."

"The location is absolutely superb! It’s close to the cable car station, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise and sunset over Zurich within minutes. There are supermarkets and various transport stops nearby, and a morning walk along Lake Zurich is incredibly relaxing and unforgettable. The main train station is just a 10-minute walk away, making it very convenient to travel to other cities."

"A great choice for an overnight stay in Zurich! Just one tram stop from Zurich main station. The hotel offers complimentary still or sparkling water in the lobby, and a kettle is available for hot water. The room design is quite creative, with a curtain separating the bathroom and sleeping area. As is common with many European hotels, there was no air conditioning during our stay"
