Especially the service of the front desk manager Mr. Zhu Weiwei must be praised from the meticulous and thoughtfulness at check-in to the initiative to contact us to arrange the room oxygen equipment (it is really important in the plateau area!), the whole process is patient and professional, making us feel particularly at ease and warm.
